Went in for a card and found so many amazing things, ended up shopping around for almost an hour, found some great gifts along with some great ideas for future gifts they have a great selection and the staff was super helpful I'll definitely return

Overall - its one of the best Hallmark stores I've been to. I give it a 5/5.

Selection (ornaments) - 5/5 - its good for most items. Due to covid, it may be more difficult to find some items in stock. The store is very unique with decorations, clothes, jewelry, chocolates, etc. It's a neat store, especially around the holidays to visit.

Service - 5/5 Fantastic. Very kind individuals. They also serve you drinks at time such as apple cider, etc. Very friendly individuals in a relaxed environment. They also help you find items if you cannot find it there.

Location - 2/5 - its not the best center anymore as it looks ran down on the outside but it's still near a major store (academy). Though the surrounding area doesn't feel as safe as it once did (twenty years back). The center needs to be redone (a lot of pot holes with bad streets) with the roads repaved and lights added throughout the area (its dark here and some people appear to sleep here overnight). Sometimes, it appears storage containers are left here.

Pricey , but a nice variety of items.

Stop in for a Christmas gift, Ms. Lea did an outstanding job guiding me around the store showing different ideas. Absolutely wonderful customer service, and in the day and age, something that is not the norm.

I absolutely love this Hallmark store! Every time I visit, I receive excellent customer service and the store is always well organized. Today, my experience there was no exception. I was having trouble with the Hallmark website so I called the store to see if I could place a curbside order. My daughter wanted a few cards to send to family members for Thanksgiving. The manager, Shelby, went above and beyond helping us. I really appreciated her patience and how much effort she went through to make sure my daughter had the cards she needed to send for Thanksgiving. When I went to pick up the items via curbside, she even included a little treat for my daughter. It was extremely thoughtful. Anyway, if you need a place for cards and/or gifts, I highly recommend this Hallmark location. Their selection and customer service are top notch.

One of the best things about this little shop was the fact that they gift wrapped your purchases; they no longer offer this perk. I was disappointed. Still a great place to shop though.

Love this store! It is packed full of trinkets & treasures, but I can easily navigate with my son's wheelchair. Some Hallmark stores are not as thoughtful. It's a huge store. All employees are nice & helpful. Looking for a special something for someone? Try this place ... & pick up a card or two while you're there.

Really have a variety of items for every occasion, even to get a special gift for yourself. A friendly hello when you enter and ask if there is anything that they can help you with. During christmas Holidays the clerk went to the bank so I could buy the last ornament for my granddaughter. Love that they have added Pandora products and the candy is delightful.

I have recently moved to Conroe and was so excited to find Rachael's!! The products and items are endless. And, whether your budget is high or low, you'll find something great!!! Did I mention the staff? They are so helpful and fun, so thank you for being my go to place!!!
