Mr. Sarath is always a very friendly and a super nice person who treats his customers with great respect and care. He makes me feel like home when I go there. Best customer service experience I ever had. Store is always clean and well stocked all the time too.

Angela was the best employee ever. She has very good customer service skills.

I always enjoy coming in to see Mr. Sarath greet me with a smile. When I first started buying from this store, they didn’t have my particular wine in stock, but Sarath ordered it and had it ready for me the next time I came in. Shawna was very friendly, greeting me as soon as I walked into the building. She overheard I was making a purchase for a gift and went above and beyond by offering to use her own gift wrapping supplies to wrap my gift for me.

Shawna is simply the best! She has always treated me like a treasured client instead of a customer. I shop for some more rare or hard to get items and she bends over backwards to work within her limited resource to get me what I want. She manages this location like a specialty shop that caters to it's clientele. I really hope ZIPPS gives her more support and resource to build the base in this area. SHE is you all's "secret sauce" in this area! Don't lose her!

To whom it may concern, ever since this store has had the new store employees him and her it has been a great and outstanding experience. I used to make sure I would always time my trip for my spirits in Conroe at specs with the military discount. Since the store has changed employees I have yet to go back to specs. This store is always been in stock. The store employees have always been cheerful helpful and pleasant. I now make an effort to use this location over specs because these two employees are far more pleasant and helpful with my purchases or a purchase that I might need that I normally don't use or purchase.
