The staff was amazing. They helped me find a new beverage for an occasion. There was a taste testing station to try several different beverages, which is nice so you don't buy something new blindly. The store was clean and well stocked with a large selection. Excellent experience! There was a discount, if paying with cash as well.

Always a great selection and helpful employees. Even though Spec's has grown to be a huge retailer, they have adhered to Mike's philosophy of customer service. I knew Mr. & Mrs. Jackson and visited them regularly at their place in Dobbin, they were the nicest people. Mike believed in giving the customer what they wanted with kindness. I'm sure that if they were still with us, they both would be proud of what their kids have accomplished with what Mike started so many years ago without sacrificing personal customer service. Everytime I go into a Spec's I feel like I'm a VIP. One of the floor staff always guides me and helps me find exactly what I'm looking for and will offer knowledgeable suggestions. Great going guys!

I loved the vast selection of mini alcohols and other drinks. I also love the area to pick up nice cigars all in one trip. I just wish the mini bottles were labeled a bit better on the shelf.

Wish we had this company in Oklahoma.

Great experience....aside from one exceptionally rude employee at Specs. The sad thing was...she wasn't really rude to me but to her coworker who was trying to help me. The managers were very nice and helpful!

This location has a walk-in humidor and the staff are all really welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to cigars, craft beer, wine, and spirits. My favorite specs in the area.

The staff knew where things were and could give advice on flavor profiles to expect out of different bottles.

Our Spec's in Huntsville doesn't carry coffee so I have to travel to Conroe. Both stores are great, service is wonderful and the employees are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Excellent margarita mix. Never turn down a "free" sample. You never know what gem might be hidden.

Tonight the "margarita mix/tequila" option made my guests very jelly. Sometimes you gotta "fake it, to make it"

Friendly staff good amount of variety

I can always find everything I’m looking for here and more. I’m not sure I like the debit card or cash and you get 5% gimmick though. All Spec’s do it so this one is no different.

SPEC'S is great! Not only do they have a variety of liquor,beer,or brand alcohol. They have snacks, cigars, and cool gift ideas. They're always stocked with any party supplies you need , big or small.

As I walked in, 2 employees were having a conversation, but stopped and welcomed me warmly. They really seemed welcoming and happy to see me. I almost always have questions. The employees are always friendly and helpful, from wine to "great" whiskey and from the difference between vodka and rum to cream tequila and chocolate liquor. Great place to find familiar favorites as well as something new and surprising.

Moved to Onalaska and the nearest SPECS is in Huntsville 20 miles away. Oh how I miss them. Best prices ever!!!
1/2 price of anyone else in the area and we’ll worth the trip. If you are wine enthusiast, you will not be disappointed.

The store is always very well kept. The staff is always so helpful and attentive, as well as very knowledgeable about the wide selection available. The store isnt as large as some of the other specs, but they still have a great selection and all our favorites.

I moved up here from imperial oaks and man this specs is great. The other ones are nice dont get me wrong but the customer service at this one is excellent. Every time i come the advise and friendly encounter i get is 5 star. Great work guys
