Jaynes did such a wonderful job honoring my mother. No detail was too small. Jonathan and staff were so patient, caring and respectful. They helped me navigate at a very difficult time by answering my questions and addressing concerns. They were always available, provided step by step updates and stayed in contact with me. Jaynes exceeded my expectations and celebrated my mother with class, dignity, beauty and style. Thank you.

Jaynes provides excellent service for your loved ones. My husband passed away recently and rather suddenly. I had his memorial service at Jaynes. Matt was very professional and conveyed a great deal of sympathy for the emotional pain I was experiencing. Whatever i wanted at the service was no problem for him to provide. The slide show, flowers, and music were perfect. Everyone who attended had nothing but positive comments even though it was a sad time. This was due to my husband’s wonderful cousin who officiated as well as Matt’s helpful guidance and Jaynes’ flawless management.

Jonathan and Elizabeth were there for our family in our time of need. Jayne’s Memorial Chapel was an honest, gracious and a very helpful companion in all ways dealing with the death of our husband, father and grandfather. Had many things on my mind for my Aunt's funeral she had already planned some of it by picking the flowers so it was literally effortless for this funeral just had to sign a piece of paper as her caregiver and beneficiary. The staff at Jaynes were absolutely amazing. Very compassionate and caring. My family and I were very pleased with our entire experience. I recommend them very highly.

Attention to detail is everything here. Even in areas we were not aware needed attention. Peaceful, gracious and approachable. Although Mom had her funeral prepaid, we did not know all the intricacies of it all. They are truly a well-oiled machine with the process and ask the right questions every time. We had heard so many stories of issues with other chapels, nothing but smooth. Behind the scenes working for you in every way possible.

One more thing -- the florals were absolutely outstanding. The arrangements from the were head and shoulders above the ones from other services.

As hard as this process is emotionally, the team there made it as easy as it could possible be. Grateful!

The staff is very caring and respectful of how difficult this situation can be. We did have pre-need arrangements but there is always something you might have missed or not thought of when you made the decision. They guide you through the process and take the time to be sure you are satisfied.

Jaynes Memorial Chapel has been a blessing at our time of need. Jonathan helped us when we were lost and confused. He also found a cemetery for us. You are in the best hands possible with Jaynes Memorial Chapel. All their staff is well-trained and very professional. From your first contact one of their staff walks with you guiding you through the planning process. Their attention to detail is superb. What truly sets them apart though is their extra touches. After my husband’s military burial I received pictures of the flag folding and presentation. The photos were not planned, but meant the world to me.

Jaynes is extremely kind, patient, accommodating to families needs at such a difficult time ; and throughout that time. . The staff cares and it shows through their smiles , patience, being present at service, agreeable to last minute changes without a fuss. Jaynes even followed up afterward with a kind call/text of concern . Jaynes provided comfort for both my parent with Jaynes professional care.

Jaynes Memorial took care of arrangements for both of my parents. They were very caring and answered all of our questions. Jaynes handled all of the arrangements from visitation to the graveside service to the memorial service in a thorough and excellent manner. We were very pleased with everyone at Jaynes Memorial Chapel. Matt took very good care of us, he was very pleasant and manerly and knowledgeable of his job. We were out of town and almost everything was done over the phone and by emails. We were not that savvy about all that, but he was very helpful! We were very happy with the service. The police escort was awesome! Thank y'all for taking such good care of us!

My family was so impressed with Jaynes and the way they handled everything. Jonathan walked us through every step and answered questions that weighed heavily on our minds. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. They did a fantastic job.
