The furnitures were top quality and it was very elegant, functional and stylish at the same time. We were able to find the exact mattress type we were looking for. White glove delivery was offered at no cost and we received the items within 3 days. Mr. Jojo was professional, friendly and he has an excellent customer approach. Had a very unique and wonderful experience. We brought a house recently
and needed furniture for the entire house. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and had spent more than a month visiting all the big chain stores. Thankfully, we were able to get what we loved after visiting Universal Furniture.

The owner spent hours helping us looking through the store as well as looking through all of his distributors catalogs and after spending a lot of time and with genuine effort and guidance from his side, we were finally able to select furniture for our entire house.

At each stage, he was able to tell us about the company, their products as well as the materials for the furniture. It definitely helped us avoid any duds and paying for something that could have been short lived. We really appreciated his input and also some discounts he had added towards the end.

Delivery was prompt and installation was fast as well as done safely without damaging the new furnitures that we had ordered.

I bought a king size for my dad since 2017 and my dad still enjoys the mattress, the mattress still look the way it was bought no complaints at all and I went back to purchase a queen size recently because of his good quality mattresses and this queen feel more balanced and I wake up strong.
