This place is nothing short of amazing! I never even had to step foot inside the store itself. I worked with Jean - Great customer service and she is genuinely dedicated to giving her customers exactly what they’re looking for. I simply picked out the piece of furniture I wanted online and she handled the rest for me. For anyone looking, I’d definitely recommend furniture to love for your next furniture purchase. They will absolutely take care of you!

In the past I have bought furniture at Ashley Furniture. Looking on offer up I happened to come across the same exact table that I have seen the day before at Ashley Furniture. But at this place Furniture to Love for half the price! I decided to call and ask Jean the sales representative if the furniture they carried was actually the Ashley brand and she said yes so I decided to take the one hour drive to Stafford and I was so pleasantly surprised to see that it was the same Furniture. I actually saved 50% from what I would have spent at Ashley furniture. They delivered my furniture when they said they were they were very professional and courteous. I will continue to buy all my furniture from them and I recommend you check them out. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their services. And will send them referrals.

I am extremely impressed with the new management of Furniture to love, went in to get a few items and they took their time to shows us everything that we were looking for not to mention that they gave us a great price for all items that we bought. I’ve had a not so great experience a few years ago but they absolutely went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. If you’re looking for good prices and great customer service this is the place to go to.

We purchased a bedroom set which was very beautiful. We loved and love it. Customer service was great and most important thing, it was very affordable compared to other places( yes we looked around before making the final choice). Thanks to the delivery teas as well for working with our schedule. Everything went smooth and great for us. Will definitely shop again and highly recommend them👌👌

Words can say how impressed I am with the new management of furniture to Love. I posted a poor review a few months ago and soon received a phone call with apologies and genuine concern for my satisfaction with the company and my furniture.

I have since ordered additional furniture and am so looking forward to a continued relationship with furniture to Love and the management.

I am so pleased to retract my previous comments and know that the level of respect, concern for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is back in place.

I am a fourth time customer and plan to keep coming back for great service and prices.

Honestly a very good store! Have had great experiences here. Owners are very nice and patient and customer service in store is excellent. They will beat any price and always went the extra mile to help.

ALOT of the bad reviews here are for delivery, yes their delivery system sucks! Guess it is probably why they are able to sale such great furniture so cheap!! I had issues with their delivery also but was a simple call and they are very eager and kind in fixing all my issues.

They really do deserve 5 stars

The store is under new management that is awesome. I had a issue with furniture I brought in June. New management reached out to me listen to my issue and righted their wrong. I have never had a company go above and beyond like this. The furniture it great quality the customer service was my issue. New management had shown they are fixing the customer service part. So great prices great furniture, I have already started recommending everyone I know to get their furniture from here.

Ms. Jean is AWESOME! I was looking for new high quality furniture for a reasonable price and found this place. I am so glad we gave this place a chance. Unbelievable customer service and pricing. Lots of furniture at a wide price range. I am excited I bought a very comfortable Ashley couch and love seat from them! :)

I originally went to purchase but the older lady in was sooo rude I was going to take my money elsewhere but I decided to go back and the gentleman was super helpful and nice. I bought the Lexington set! I love it! I had to wait on the delivery but glad that they were attentive enough to check the quality before they came so it was worth the wait! The delivery guys were on time and very nice! Definitely going back for a table!

Best experience buying a bed set. Same day delivery! Unbeatable price! They really did what they could to make us happy. We got there, it was quick and easy. I highly recommend it. They have whatever you're looking for and I can't stress enough their fair prices.

I had a situation where they told me they were the lowest price in Houston guaranteed and after placing my order I actually found the same bedroom set just a little bit cheaper and I called and they were able to verify that price and adjust the price for me! They will beat anyone's price! It saved me a little chunk of change and I am very pleased with their customer service. They were very helpful and very willing to cooperate with a new price for me even after I already placed my order! I would most defiantly recommend them and buy from them again!

Update- Thank you for helping with my couch repair! Even though the manufacturer no longer made this model they were able to send a repairman out to get the couch fixed! I cant thank you all enough for your care of our small family. I look forward to many more years of your company helping make our house a Home!!!

Furniture to Love is great affordable furniture and an great addition to the Greater Houston Area. Ms. Jean is a fabulous sales persona and I great help. Boris Movers are excellent and very fast on service. They need additional help with customer service and follow up and follow through with service orders but overall if they work out these problems they will have a great company.

Terrific place! Saved ALOT of money. Got very, very nice stuff. The movers set it up beautiful. I love this place! The personal attention you get when you select the stuff is amazing! The owner spent several hours with me picking the furniture out. He was very nice! I really liked the personal attention and helpfulness of this store.

Great customer service. Was told Sat delivery, they called Turs & said they had our living room set and could deliver that night. Upon delivery, everything looks and seems to be functioning properly. Delivery guy very nice, assembled all pieces and made sure we were happy before he left.

Very customer friendly. I went in one day and look through brochures and narrowed down what I wanted. I went 2 days later, a Tuesday morning. Paid for my furniture. Schedule to have it delivered Friday, Friday night abt 7pm it was set up in my room. Everything went smooth from start to finish. They are always there, but is a lil hard to get in touch with by phone
