Big League Furniture : (Furniture to LOVE)

Excellent service. They communicated the delivery window and called 45 minutes to advise they were on their way. Very courteous, friendly and professional service. The furniture was assembled in no time at all. I highly recommend their services and would gladly use them again.

This is a small furniture store in Missouri City, a small suburb of Houston. There are advantages to this folks: service and price. I was looking for a particular piece of furniture and they the exact piece at a price $100 less than I’d seen it other places on sale. My piece had to be ordered but it was delivered, assembled and placed in my home by their delivery service in less than a week. While this may be a small store without much in store inventory but they can order what you want and provide good service in the process.

Speaking of the delivery service, again, it pays to deal with small companies. Campos Delivery service called to set up delivery, and then called again when they were 10 minutes out. To me, this speaks of consideration for my time. They arrived, wiped their feet, threw down moving blankets to protect my floors, assembled my piece quickly and efficiently, cleaned up all the packing material and left me with a lovely piece of furniture.

I can’t say enough positive things about this furniture store and their delivery service. It isn’t very often that I can say I got every thing I was promised but in this case, I received excellent, attentive service at the store and in the delivery process.

Got a great deal for a sofa and love seat. Also, they managed to move my furniture timely even with the weather being bad! Leo’s moving company was awesome. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who is looking for affordable furniture and reliant movers!

Great customer service, and best prices! I was looking for a bedroom set for my 9yr old daughter and found the exact same bedroom here for a very affordable price. Every where else it was over my budget. Boris is the sales person to go to. He made sure we were taken care of and gave us exact dates on when the bedroom would be available for pick up. Everything came in on time!

Big league furniture has a huge variety of selection.We went to buy a new bed and a love seat and let the sales person know about our budget. She showed us several options to choose from within our budget. We selected it and ordered it for next day delivery and assembly with their Leo’s moving company. Leo’s Delivery was right on time. They called before 20-30 min to let us know they would be there.They assembled the furniture and cleaned all the messy boxes and stuff. Our love seat came out damaged but they immediately replaced it with a new one and delivered it the same day. Definitely coming back next time.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Jean at Big League Furniture for all of her help. Jean went above and beyond to try and help me find a sofa for my odd shaped living room!!!! I really appreciated her patience and Excellent customer service she provided. However I didn't buy a sofa from her because my husband wanted something that they didn't carry . Even though we didn't buy furniture from Big League, I would still consider buying from them in the future. Jean was very understanding and I appreciate all that she did. Excellent Customer!!!

So happy I stumbled upon this place! My first purchase and I got 2 bedroom sets for each of my daughters, bunk bed for the boys, theater recliner seats and a kitchen table with chairs. The quality, delivery, assembly was perfect and I was blown away with how good the prices are. Definitely coming back soon to finish furnishing our new home!

Boris gave us incredible customer service. He went out his way to find us a price and couches we were comfortable with. We went to him first and even after shopping around we still didn’t find a better price. He was great and delivered around our free time.

Jean greeted my whole family when I walked in the door with a beautiful smile. I felt at ease, I looked at about 6 different sets of sofas and couches as she waited patiently. We decided on a leather set that came with recliners. Before I bought it she wanted to make sure I was satisfied. She reminded me to test it out and sit on it because I had forgotten to. Thanks Jean for going above and beyond. I explained my concerns to her and she answered every question. I bought the same couch that I saw at a big-name furniture store for half the price here, it took two weeks to get it but he told me it would take 2 weeks so I didn't have a problem because I was saving half the price. They delivered the couch on time when they said they would. I may be buying more furniture from them because the prices are very reasonable. Happy customer...😃

The service was great. Lisa helped me so much when I came in. I ordered a headboard and it was delivered within a few days. They use Leo's Movers to bring my item and they were so professional and quick. I will be back.

I had been looking for a bedroom set for about two weeks, with no luck; when I came across a craigslist ad for a bedroom set sale. I literally got in my car and drove to the location. The sale was real!! Bought my bedroom set same day! Great customer service, and extremely friendly!! I would definitely recommend.

The owners are very nice and spend time trying to get you just what you need. I bought living room furniture and kitchen set. My so called and got his bedroom set. My brother is wanting a set like mine now. Will shop with them when we need furniture in the future.

Good furniture at a fair price the staff there is remarkable very helpful friendly and quick at what they do. They walk me through every step of the way and answer any questions I had no matter how many I had. My sales rep Daniel was completely stellar pleasure to work with and will be definitely be giving him more of my business!

We are furnishing a new house. We stopped by Big League Furniture to see what we could find. The salesperson, Jean, was very helpful and spent time with us to pick out the right furniture for us. We ended up getting a bedroom set, two Ashley reclining sofas and a mattress. We got a good price and are very happy with the furniture. We love the reclining sofas!
