Great experience brought my mother in who is elderly had some issues through out the day. The process is streamlined sign in on a paper and go through the triage process. All nurses were amazing treated my mother with respect the ER doctor was amazing they touched on everything ran all the proper test listened to our concerns and allowed us to participate in the care for my mother not just telling us what they were going to do. The whole process was about 6 hours before being discharged but it was thorough and patience is required when going through the ER especially Methodist keep providing this level of service thank you.

I believe this is my fourth time coming to get a mammogram at this location and everyone is always friendly. Its such a nice friendly atmosphere but I want to give special attention too the lady that greeted me at the front she wasn't the usual person at the desk but she was extremely welcoming, she set the tone for a great experience. I forgot to ask her name because I wanted to give her a highly appreciative praise in the reviews. My appointment was at 7: 40am Tuesday December the 6th. She was extremely welcoming. Sandra was amazing also the lady that perform the procedure

I have been going to Methodist Women’s Center for 9 years to get my mammogram and I have been treated good each year. The staff is so friendly and professional. They treat me like I matter.

My entire experience was excellent as it has been since my first phone call. The office staff is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr.Holinej and her PA, were terrific. I received comprehensive first visit evaluation and could tell that my unique needs and situation was understood and special attention was paid to my Requirements living and volunteering in Nicaragua.

They don't see pediatric patients very often in outpatient surgery but you wouldn't know that, they were so kind! My son is special needs with some severe disabilities, and was being seen for a minor procedure. He was treated with such respect from everyone! Dr. Toker (anesthesiologist) was phenomenal and an awesome bedside manner.

Very timely and professional. Respected my personal space and explained everything before anything was done. Even had self serve coffee and was able to get my appointment scheduled next day. Outstanding

Today I went ro the Emergency dept for side effects from a knee surgery done a week ago. It was early morning when I arrived and the service was fast, efficient and staff was very informative and kind. Everyone I encountered were very professional and very kind. However, at my discharge I was given crutches. And I have never used them so I was very slow and struggling. As I am walking to the exit 2 staff members were coming out of an office/room. I stopped to let them pass and advised that I was very slow due to the crutches. They proceeded to let me pass and began walking along side of me at my pace. The young lady asked if I was leaving and where did I park. I answered and she stopped me and encouraged me to sit in a wheel chair and she would push me to my car. She asked the gentlemen to assist by holding my Crunches. As she walked me to the car she engaged in friendly conversations as well. She pushed me all the way to my car and the young man assisted with walking behind me to the door, held it open, ensured I was in the car securely before shutting the door.

I was so pleased with the fact that as a staff member the young lady simply seen someone who was struggling and offered her assistance. Altough she knew i was no long a patient because i was discharged and exiting the hospital. The world we live in today is so busy that it is rare that people stop to help others outside of Emergency situations. I expressed to the young lady that I was unsure of her name and what dept she worked in but I truly appreciated her assistance. She informed me that her name was Tina (I believe) and she is the ER Manager. And I believe she called the young man by the name John.

I just want to give a shout out to the both of them as they are truly leading the hospital by example. She is a testament of the exceptional patient care that I received from check-in to check-out today. Thank You to the Entire Staff.

The staff was welcoming and kind. Directions were clear and help was available if needed. Although this was a test I don't look forward to, the staff made me feel very comfortable, Thanks to everyone!

Came here on November 2023 for my labor and delivery. I got an awesome experience. All my nurses were fantastic. I don’t remember all the names but Danielle was super sweet and helpful, Michelle, Lily, were really kind. Lori the anesthesiologist made me feel really comfortable while I got the epidural. April and another lady, where so helpful explaining me and showing me more about lactation.
And my Obgyn doctor Jorge Saldivar delivered my baby with a c-section procedure, and he was awesome! And he left me with a scar that is barely noticeable.

Great experience.

The staff at the Women's Imaging Center are to be commended for their friendliness, positive attitude and professionalism. From check-in at the reception area to receiving my annual mammogram, I was in/out within an hour. Special thanks to Taylor, the tech who was outstanding at putting me at ease and making me as comfortable as circumstances would allow. The only negative was temperature inside the facility. Please consider giving the staff space heaters so that they might work in comfort in warmth equal to their welcoming smiles when greeting/helping patients.

Staff were all professional, friendly, kind, and helpful. I was in and out with the efficiency of all involved in me getting my mammogram from the lady volunteer, the lady taking care of getting the paperwork done, the person doing the mammogram and the kind male employee who helped me get to the Raidioloy Department when I entered the hospital. Thank you all.

I want to give a special thanks to the kind ladies in the Cardiology radiology department. I was so nervous about my nuclear stress test and these ladies went above and beyond to make it go so smoothly. They are true professionals! Thank you so much! May God bless each and everyone of them.🧡

I just had my first baby here at Methodist Charlton Medical Center and I had an amazing experience! From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, everyone was immaculate. A special shout-out to my doctor, Dr. Chee-Awai for a successful labor and delivery, nurse Katrina for exceptional service and making my stay even better and Lactation Specialist, April for helpful tips regarding breastfeeding and checking in on baby and I a few days after we were discharged. I’m very pleased with my experience here. Thank you Methodist!!

I have been a patient for over 10 + years and always has been treated kindly from registration to mammogram room. The staff is friendly. The technicians make you feel at ease in getting mammograms. No long waiting with quick service.

About 18 months ago I had major surgery at Methodist Charlton Medical Center. I received good nursing care, the hospital specialist were very thorough and the physicians were top notch. I only have good things to say about my surgical experience and my follow up care. I would recommend Methodist Health Care System to anyone seeking EXCELLENT medical care.

Everyone at Methodist Charlton are always so friendly and caring, especially CeCe who does my Ultra Sounds every 6 months. It feels like visiting a friend when I go here. She is a very special person!

I have five stent implants, all implanted within the Methodist Cardiology Department Dallas on Wheatland Road. I would like to commend the Post Coronary Intervention Unit for their professionalism and caring spirit during my four coronary procedures. I especially commend Ms. Dee, who always greeted me with a bright, caring smile and relaxing conversation during my pre - and post operations procedures. Additionally, the service / treatment I received from Mr. Chimdi RN, Ms. Fredrica RN and Ms. Dee RN was very caring and professional, always seeking to please and care for their patients. These individuals made me feel as a patient in their care the love that they have for their profession. It is always an awesome feeling nowadays when you feel that the person in whose care you are, depending on, really cares about you.

Wonderful, mammogram tech n person completing the mammogram were so kind n funny, keeping my mind off what was happening. I have forever had very pleasant experiences each year. The lady at the front desk, the one who registered me n the two mentioned above were kind, gracious, polite, concerned for my comfort. I had a very nice experience.

This mammogram was the best ever. No pain! Taylor, who did the mammogram was friendly, competent, and professional. She did not over-compress the breast, thus I had no pain. Also, the time in the waiting room was very brief. All in all, a good experience.
