I love the manager she is so kind. 😍 i go there everyday in my little black car to get my pup cup and she is always polite and if i need anything shes always there. The employees are very friendly as well. They are hard working and clean doing the job very well if give it a 10/10.

If you're like me and love strong but tasty coffee that's not watered downed, I def recommend this location as well as the other Janesville one. Still good if you love creamer and all that other jazz as well ☺

The employee's in this store are awesome and so nice to talk with. Always cheerful and smiling! One out of many of my favorites is Tanya Marie she brightens my whole day with her smile and personality!

The food was cold and they screwed up our order. Not happy at all.

I absolutely loved this Dunkin! The hashbrowns were perfect, the caramel cappuccino blast was awesome and they added the perfect amount of hot caramel in it, and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating! They really made you want to come back and i definitely will be!

Ricky is the best worker ever. Always very patient with us and makes our drinks the best!!!! Very good customer service from him

Great experience here today. Mary was extremely helpful with explaining a new sandwich and her customer service in general! Food was good and served in a timely manner. VERY HAPPY!

The wait at this dunkin is the reason for two stars, whether through the drive through or going into the store this is a twenty minute experience

Good quality, just need to improve delivery if you want to be a stop for peoples morning coffee

We actually go here for ice cream from Baskin Robbins. We love having a variety of flavors to choose from. All of them have been rich, creamy and delicious !

A great place for a quick cup of Joe or ice cream in the summer.
