He was very helpful, friendly, informative and made sure that we understood everything and that we had everything that we needed. It was our pleasure to conduct business with him and he is highly recommended by us.

I would recommend this storage place to anyone especially when Nechelle Phelps is working at this location! She was very professional and made me feel very welcome and warming with laughter not only did she do that but she knows how to give a full description of what unit you actually need from beginning to the end actually right on point! I stopped into the cockrell hill location to get info on a storage unit and I was assisted by Jay and Nachelle.. they were both very nice and informative with what I need and how things work since it was my first time using a storage service. Elton was super polite. I completed my application online, I received a phone call first thing in the morning. Elton provided me all the information needed to move into my unit. He was very down to earth.

This place of business has outstanding customer service, good rates, heck they even use too much Clorox bleach when cleaning the office areas. lts more than weekday you expect from a storage facility, look at the start ratings they get.....
