Paula helped me get furniture today. She was super knowledgeable about the finance options and we finally came up with a plan to get what I wanted for my financial situation. I can't brag enough about how welcoming she was from the time I walked in and all the way up to the time I left and drove off. I got the best value for my dollar and I'm happy with my purchase and the customer service provided by the team at this location. Hope to return and get another great deal with you guys!

Furniture and Appliances at a great discounted price. Got a whirlpool fridge and some other furniture (Beds and sofas). I frequent here when I need to upgrade. Shout to Abraham Sebastian for always being helpful and detailed. Got me in and out and loaded up. Thank you to Morgan as well.

Easy transaction. The representative allowed me to browse and when interacting didn’t try to up sale me. I was reluctant to return but glad I did!

I will start off by saying an apology to Ms Andria because I was LIVID 🤬🤬 and she did not take it personal one bit she allowed me to say everything I had to say and then of course I apologized. But I ordered a Upholstery Bed and that store was closest to me that had it from the moment I walked in the store she assisted me with my order and delivery. So fast forward I get my delivery outside of my expected time but was notified that their day started later than expected and I was okay with that. Delivery comes it’s a very big box I thought they were going to assemble it as well but they told me they don’t do that so I just advised them to place the box against the wall. I left town for a few days and finally just got back and I was just going to use my woman powers and put it together my self 🤩 so I opened the box and started to take all the parts out and get to the headboard and it’s damaged so I instantly get upset! I have OCD so there was no way I would just say ok ol’well and just keep it and I know it’s like that it would bother me like crazy!! So I called and Ms. Andria answered and I off the back was upset so I just kind of let her have it NOT THE BEST IDEA AND I FELT SO BAD AFTERWARDS!! She advised me to to send pics and she would review them and get back to me. She did call me back in a timely manner to discussed options I did not agree with the first options. However we came up with agreement to send me out another bed with no additional delivery fee. As of now I don’t have a delivery expectant date but I have hope 🤞🏾🤞🏾 Thank you Ms Andria for you great service, your empathy and willingness to help. And my apologies for getting upset again!!! For your furniture needs stop by and ask for Ms Andria!! I will post an updated once my new undamaged bed comes.

The customer service at American freight was phenomenal. LA one of the store. Managers was very helpful. Easy to talk to. He explain in detail the purchases the qualities of my purchase and I am happy with the service that he provided. I recommend anyone to visit American freight because they have excellent service five star at five stars for me
