Haven't filed my taxes here in a few years after my tax preparer passed away unexpectedly. I decided to do my returns myself rather than be assigned to someone else. However, if my taxes were something I could not do on my own, I would still use Alt Financial. If you want professional and knowledgeable people working on your tax return and prefer having the same person prepare your taxes every year, I definately recommend their services after being a customer here for many years.

I'm not the most organized person and use to have a bit of anxiety during tax season (multiple jobs in different states, and student loans from different lenders for multiple colleges, but the staff is fantastic and make the process quick and painless. We have a small farming business and she's always enthusiastic about helping with any questions we might have. If she doesn't know the answer herself, she has very capable resources at her disposal.
