Owner is professional but daughter needs customer service etiquette 101. Yelling and cussing on the phone while approaching me, seating me in a dirty chair, late, price gauging by telling me one price then increasing it once I got there. Just unprofessional at its finest!!! I just refused service after that and left. I know her grandmother, great grandmother and all other ancestors that was in the hair care business are highly disappointed!!!!

First time was good second time was trash. Who pays 120.00 for a ponytail and it didn't look good at all. I went straight home pulled it out. Never again. I'll be at the braids shop from now on
