Vinny's Italian Restaurant

The spaghetti had the best noodles I have ever eaten! They were cooked perfectly! The meatballs were good too. My husband loved his lobster ravioli too. The bread that comes with meals as an appetizer was delicious too. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice too; not too fancy to where you feel uncomfortable, but rather a level of nice that is beautiful, enjoyable, and relaxing.

Classic Italian restaurant. This definitely isn't the hot new place in town, but if you want a quiet little restaurant with great service, give it a try. The pasta dishes are delicious and fresh. From what I saw on the person size pizza, it was a bit soggy in the middle.

We met the owner, Vinny, from Wayne, New Jersey. He lived close to my wife's hometown years ago, and everything about this place was what we hoped for.

We had a GREAT experience here. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks full. When we walked in, I saw the bread right away and it looked so good. When they brought it to our table it looked and smelled SO good. And it did not disappoint. Perfectly soft and great taste.
We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, calamari, and cheese bread for appetizers. They were all delicious and had great flavor.
We got 2 pizzas, cheese and the Italian where you choose 6 toppings. The crust was perfectly thin and delicious.
Lasty, ordered the Chocolate Mousse Cake 🤤🤤 it was rich, but not too rich and absolutely delicious!

I had a very good experience at Vinny's. I was there with my 6 yo daughter and my mother and we ordered meatball spaghetti for kids, Italian pizza, and Sicilian chicken.

We all liked the food and I think the quality and taste is very good for the price range. The bread is excellent!

The service was very good, kind and friendly staff and owner. Waiting time was perfect. They were very kind to my kid and she loved the place and food. This is not a luxury high end restaurant but a lovely, friendly, and warm hearted family business with good food and good price and wonderful hospitality.

It's the sauce!! You could pour Vinny's tomato sauce on your shoe, and it would taste amazing. I dare you to take this challenge...If you can't cut Vinny's Chicken Parmigiana with a dull spoon I will never leave a restaurant review ever again. Well done Vinny!

Lot of places can take tips from this family owned operation. The service was absolutely on point. The staff was quick to seat us and quick to tend to us. The owner operator made numerous trips to ensure that out service was nothing less than stellar. The food was delicious and served quickly shortly after ordering it. The venue is a quaint and relaxing. Before the orders came out we had complementary roll and we ordered the caprese. Both were delicious. I had a wonderful chicken and mushroom cream pasta and my friend had a pasta sampler. Both were delicious as well. To cap of the meal we had a lemon cello cake and cheesecake. Both were savory as well. I will be back in the near future and highly recommend Vinnys. What a nice hidden treat. Thank you for the hospitality Vinny!!!

Fantastic service. Awesome dinner special. Yummy bread. We will be back even though we live 100 miles away.

So I rarely leave a review. I am French and i am a very picky eater. I am mostly unimpressed by most places which is very sad. I told my friend I wanted to try Vinny’s so we did. I was most impressed from the service to the quality of the food, I ordered a seafood pasta which was fabulous, our server Selma was perfect and Vinny the owner was most welcoming! I will be back!

How do you sum up perfection? I don't know, but apparently Vinnys does. Great food, superior service and it's a real family feeling while you're there. Nothing misses; the food is is as authentic as it gets without being in Italy.

I don't normally post reviews, but I had to muster the effort for this fine establishment. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a lovely inviting atmosphere. This is amplified by Vinny, the proprietor of the restaurant who we met at the counter up front. He possesses a calm/relaxing demeanor and wasted no time seating us. Moments later a server took our drink order and away we went, perusing the menu. Another moment elapsed and our primary server came over to inquire about appetizers. I didn't catch this young lady's name, but she was very friendly and full of positive energy. Within a few minutes we had some mozzarella caprese on the table, alongside a caddy containing oil. The fresh mozzarella was delectable and the slices of tomato were both thick and juicy. Shortly thereafter we were greeted by our main course. I had the cheese tortellini in alfredo sauce. The tortellini was cooked perfectly and the sauce itself was flavorful. The portion of sauce atop the tortellini was also ideal. There was enough to prevent it from being a dry dish, but not so much that you had a lake of alfredo left over. We finished our experience with a miniature connoli and a slice of limincello cake, both of which were delightful finishers. The limoncello cake in particular was light and refreshing. Our drinks and complimentary bread were kept topped up throughout this experience as well. I also want to point out that during the majority of our visit, Vinny was walking around checking on guests and catching up with what I can only assume were regular customers, of which there were many. I believe that speaks volumes about the quality of this establishment and the owner/staff. At this point I believe I may be rambling a bit, so I want to conclude by saying that if I return to the Trophy Club/Southlake area, i'll make a point to visit this location again. Salute!

Our family travelled here from Amarillo Texas. We’ve spent a few days at Great wolf lodge. While trying to find a local restaurant we ran across Vinny’s. We knew we wanted Italian, and Vinny’s was top notch. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was a beautiful experience. Vinny even hung our sweet girls picture up. (She broke her wrist 6 weeks ago, so we’re still in a cast.) if you’re around the area, stop by and enjoy Vinny himself and his great staff.

Outstanding food. Pizza, the thin crust was great and its cozy. Location was very nice and price was affordable. Perfect place for pizza lovers. Veal Piccata pasta was outstanding. Try it.

I am very impressed with how this business is run. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

We recently ordered a large pizza online and requested a 2:15 ready time. My son and I got there at 2:00 wandering if the pizza would be ready.

Vinny explained to me that they don't like the food to be ready too early, ensuring the food is hot when the client arrives. I loved it when he told me this. I have had this happen to me at other places of business, but not at Vinny's. They're TOP NOTCH!!

The crust was crispy and the bottom of the pizza was just the right color of brown.

Smallish, cozy restaurant. The owner, Vinny, is quite the gentleman. The food has been delicious every time we've been. And the service is always impeccable.

Such a Gem! The best food and to-go service that I could have ever asked for. I decided to call in my order (versus ordering online which is encouraged) and I was greeted by the most kind female personnel (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was very helpful) and upon my arrival to pick up my order, I met Vinny who gave us the best hospitality. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Delicious. So glad we tried it. Ordered a medium cheese pizza (pictured), chicken picatta (pictured), and bruchetta. The chicken picatta was light & lemony yet savory and filling, great serving size! The chicken picatta entree came with 2 large rolls which are amazing. Wonderful family owned restaurant in Trophy Club, best pizza in Roanoke/Trophy Club that we've found so far. Highly recommend.

Awesome people and vibe. Very cool atmosphere. Freedom to wear a mask or not, you wont be denied service. Had the Chicken Parmigiana with Alfredo substitute and it was delicious. The portion size was perfect, and all for 8.99. Definately coming back when im in the area
