The lady at the driver check in window was very polite and helpful. We were given a dock door and were loaded and out within an hour. Very clean facility they have bathrooms for drivers. Make sure you have straps. Will pick up here again.

Positively a great staff. Every time we show up they're ready to go and don't waste time. The front desk operations are always happy to help and are very attentive toward any needs. I highly recommend smart warehousing for all logistic needs.

P.s. Ask for Mari at the front window. She's the best 👍

As of 10/28/21 GPS takes you to 4100 not 4000. There is a small sign on building saying 4000 and Smart Warehousing. Got me into a dock quick and started unloading shortly after. If shipping door is locked walk around to front doors. Very helpful people and courteous

“D” who runs the office at the Northlake warehouse is extremely helpful in getting me loaded with LTL pickups and achy day that Income by. Always a please working with her.

Arrived 40 minutes early, checked in and straight to door. Loaded full trailer in 37 minutes and gone! Super service

Damaris is the best at this warehouse she is nice very helpful they get you in and out quick

Good place to work

Came for a pick up, wasn't able to be loaded because of some mix up, said they would work me in, waited for 3hrs, told the guy would be back before they close at 3:30 pm . Came back at 2pm but now they can't load. Ridiculous. Very lousy staff. Unhelpful, bad attitude. I don't understand such companies and how are able to keep clients.

Takes days for them to accept your stuff when it should take no more than a few hours. Travis and Bryan are lousy
