Our family had auto insurance coverage through this agency for over five years.

Unfortunately, a fairly significant sum of money (apparently from a claim payment or premium refund) escheated from the insurer to the state's unclaimed property fund after a family member passed away.

We requested assistance from the agency in recovering the funds, and even offered them a share of the recovery.

No dice. They were happy to collect commissions on our premium payments for years, but not the slightest bit interested in helping us later on.
