I went in to see about getting home internet, and Anthony helped me out tremendously! He made the whole experience easy, pleasant, and just overall very positive! He did an excellent job presenting my options without being pushy, he answered all my questions, and at the end of the day I really got a great deal!

I had problems with my iPhone 13 Pro going offline while using LTE,Wi-Fi and 5G. I walked into the store and I was immediately greeted and explained my situation. The gentleman helped me set up my eSIM, and I parted with the physical SIM card. Everything seems to be working well. This is a great location. The employees are courteous, patient and very helpful. I highly recommend this location for all of your needs.

Justin the rep that assisted me was absolutely fantastic! Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Immediately upon walking in, he greeted me and asked how he could help. He made me feel less like a transaction and more like he truly cared and enjoyed assisting me. Throughout the entire process of getting a new phone we formed great conversation and I truly left the store feeling well taken care of. Justin, thank you for all your help and kindness. I thoroughly enjoyed coming into the store. You honestly made my Sunday. Thank you.

The store manager Joe was super rude. Alyssa was super patient and sweet, the store was full and she signed everyone in while she was helping an elder man and I. There was 2 other coworkers of her helping 1 person each. While she was doing all this work, the phone started ringing obviously she had her hands full she couldn’t answer, well (Joe) comes out and started screaming at her in front of everyone saying she had to answer the phone she said I’m helping these 2 costumers why can’t they answer they only have 1 costumer? (Joe was doing NOTHING) he said they are actually helping someone like the other person and I were nobody and made her cry, add to all this that there was 4 more coworkers in the back including Joe not helping a single person when the store was full. After he did this to her then all her coworkers started coming out from the back. ¡¡¡This guy is rude and super disrespectful!!!! I give all the stars to Alyssa… This store needs a new manager ASAP!!

Ivan was very nice and super helpful. He went over and beyond. Give him a raise!!!!

My wife and I went into the store today to get a replacement phone screen/cover/protector, and this site was out of stock. The employee caked a neighboring T-Mobile to see if they had one, but to no avail, they didn't either. So the employee ordered one for my wife to be delivered to our residence within a week! He offered to place the screen protector onto her phone once it was delivered!!!!! Great customer service 👏 !!!!!

Staff here was super nice and helpful. A lot of times when you go to a cellphone store they aren't happy you're there with your issue...not here! They went out of their way to help explain something with billing and really made sure I understood before moving on. FANTASTIC!

I was at the store this morning needing help. I got my first cell phone last week. I am a senior citizen so very much non techy. Haylee was so helpful. She finished setting up my phone. After ordering two new phones before Christmas and transferring to T-Mobile from another carrier, spending an 1 1/2 hours on hold with the Support team to try and get our new phones activated and being hung up on twice only to be told i would need to go into a store to get the phones setup I was having some serious doubts about switching carriers. However, going into the University store in Denton was the best decision I made. I was first surprised they actually opened their doors 10 minutes early on New Year’s Day and Bryce quickly assisted me, had our numbers and data transferred for two phones in about 15 minutes and I was Back out the door and on my way home. Thanks again Bryce for your help you turned a frustrated customer into a happy new customer!

We went to Loop 288 store snd they told us they were busy and call customer service. We waited on hold for 2 hours with customer care. Came to work with Ally on University and and she changed my horrible experience into wonderful. She’s kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Yay Ally!

Visited this T Mobile store with issues with new IPhone 13 and was completely taken care of by Ivan Barraza. He went above and beyond helping me and my husband. We highly recommend Ivan and this store.

The ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I've ever seen. I switched my family's 5 lines from Metro to Sprint with Drake, he is the most patient and thorough rep I've ever spoken to - a true pillar of Sprint's customer service. Drake went through every single detail of my bill and made sure everything was crystal clear for me and my family with no surprises. I could not be happier with my experience here at this store. It was definitely worth the trip!

A large black woman helped me at your facility. She was marvelous & went beyond call of duty helping me. I’m 84 & badly needed help that I couldn’t get anywhere else. She made my day. I’m extremely grateful! Sue Rowan

Drake helped me out all night long. This store was unbelievably clean, the whole staff including the manager was very friendly and I was in and out very quickly. I would suggest this store to any Sprint customer! Great service, better people. I will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks again Drake!

I would give one star if it wasn’t for Josh. When I came in and there was an unexpected charge on my account. Joshua did not stop until he figured it out and got it removed. Despite those around him telling him that the charge was valid. I would recommend anyone to work with Josh, he knows his stuff. Thank you again!

Ricardo made this the easiest and most pleasant trip I've had to any t-mobile. Got us switched to a new phone, put on the case, screen protector, and pop socket in no time. He was also knowledgeable about plans and phones.
