The office staff are always pleasant & professional to deal with. They explain what issues your vehicle may have & what they can do to correct or fix them. You’re usually on your way in the anticipated time frame they give you for making the repairs, unless some unforeseen issue(s) happen to arise.

Service was fast and on schedule with my appointment time. The office and waiting area were clean and comfortable. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional.

The shared values are a given but I also appreciate the over communication with the status of my vehicle, pricing including taxes, images of the issues, and planning out how to prioritize repairs due to not having all the funds at once for more difficult repairs.

Christian Brothers are the best automotive service center in Houston. Always dependable, honest, accommodating, timely, this company is the only place we will take our cars to. It's wonderful to still find a place with such excellent customer service.

It was my first time using Christian Brothers and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. They explained what the process will be and what to expect from them and they also provided a shuttle to take me home so I don’t have to wait there. Shortly after I received a text with a very detailed report of what they found when inspecting the brakes, and someone followed up with a phone call as well to go over the items. They were very honest and I didn’t try to convince me to do anything that wasn’t necessary. I will definitely return to the Missouri City location and highly recommend them!

I own an older car and when I need service or think 🤔 I'm having a problem they are the first person I call 📞 because honesty and customer service is a must. After looking at many automotive reviews in my area I decided to test the waters and went to Christian Brothers Automotive. At the time they were under construction for a new face-lift for their office but it didn't stop them from making sure their customers were taken care of. My Frist visit for me was a slam dunk! I was sold! I now have a automotive shop that I can trust to service my vehicle with honesty!

I went there today to have my break light replaced. Staff and owner are very friendly. They replaced my break light with a new one and never charge me at all. Wow, their own labor and materials but not a single dime was charged. I just gave tip to the repair guy. Thank you so much!

In truth, I do not see myself ever going to anyone else in the future. The team and service here was simply amazing. They were able to take a very stressful situation and feel completely at ease in getting my vehicle safely back working. I had gone to another supposedly "reputable" place and have had to replace my brakes and rotors twice already within the last year. I called Christian Brothers, they not only gave and confirmed the issue with the previous work, they were flexible and able to fit my repairs in, at a reasonable price. I didnt get haggled, they were friendly, and helpful with getting me back home while I was wrangling a 6 year old in the cold & rain. I went for engine oil and spark plugs. They also did a quick check on my tires. I have been going to this Christian Brothers a couple times and continue to. They offer ride to pick up and have awesome customer service. I have not had car problems after they check it like I used to with other places.
