This is hands down THE BEST urgent care clinic I've ever been to. I've been here four times now, and the waits are never long, they do a quick and efficient assessment, and I get my prescriptions within 10 minutes of them prescribing it. The front desk woman was especially kind this last trip. I wish I could remember her name, but she said she was from Thailand, and took time to look up the meaning of my daughter's name for her while she was sick, as well as giving her a juice.

Comparatively, I have been to two different IHC clinics now with terrible service and misdiagnoses. It took me three hours to get my prescription filled today after an urgent care visit with them! And that was after many phone calls. I kept thinking that I wish I would have been in this area to go here!

My 86 year old mother is very fussy. She is insistent that I find her the best doctor possible just to ignore their recommendations. Dr. Sheffield has that doctor. He is so very patient with her and never gets his ego involved. He explains the reasoning behind his recommendation and then accepts her decision.

I went to urgent care this evening and my nurse Linda was amazing!! She turned a silly little injury visit into a comical make you laugh fun time! Thank you Linda!

Been taking all 4 of my kids there, love the doctors and nurses. Everyone has always been so kind and compassionate. I've recommended a few of my friends and family to go here.

Dr. Zucker and a lot of the therapists there are really nice! They don't judge you for things, and always try to get to the bottom of problems. The nurses are quite nice as well, and it's always nice to chat with them.

My children and I have been to this insta care a few times and even if there is a wait they are amazing. There staff in front and in back are amazing.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Zucker and his staff were the best OBGYN team that I have ever worked with. They were so kind and lighthearted during my visit and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They made me feel calm, comfortable and cared for during a difficult procedure.

I was slightly worried about having a male OBGYN but Dr. Zucker is compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and overall way better than any OBGYN, male or female, that I’ve seen in the past. You can tell that he’s just one of those doctors that was meant to practice medicine and is in it for the right reasons. His MA’s and assistants too. Keep up the great work guys! I will definitely be going back for future OBGYN appointments.

Dr. Tyler Nelson and Lexi have been amazing to work with. They are helping fight Medicaid to pay for the continuation of my son's Accutane treatment. In the meantime, they helped us find a cash price I could afford while waiting for a final decision.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very quick to get you into your appt. Clean.

Great clinic. Wait time is less than other Urgent Care clinics and the staff is great.

Everyone here is very helpful and nice. Especially the folks at the pharmacy. They seemed short staffed a couple of the times I have picked up my scripts and they still were able to help answer questions. The folks in the lab also don't need to poke you more than once to take blood and such.

We started seeing Dr. Shapiro for my son. She is AMAZING!! So attentive and she cares so much. She is understanding and empathetic. And she is so knowledgeable! She's a wonderful Pediatrician!; Never going to anyone else!

Dr. Palmer was awesome. She listens. And is careful with her diagnosis.

Honestly, one the best experiences. Everyone was so wonderful and tried to make my experience as comfortable as possible. My doctor was helpful, and gave me all the info I needed. My nurses were HILARIOUS. Shout out to Justin and Craig... I hope you see this and y'all deserve raises!! Listened to everything I said, and made sure my concerns were addressed.

Love this clinic. Very caring staff. Convenient pharmacy. Eye center is there too.

In amd out in an hr, took an ipad with movies downloaded expecting to be hours before I was called back. Was seen, had x-rays, another consult, picked up prescriptions and was on the road in less than an hr. Dr. Scott Brown and Liz(xray tech) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! NEVER been so happy to go to an instant care!

Dr. Tingey is wonderful. I moved from NC about 3 years ago, and was afraid I would not find a doctor I could trust or feel comfortable with. Recommend this practice.

We have used this Clinic for the past few years. We just had an insurance change and now have to switch doctors. We never waited long at all, Dr Zucker is wonderful. I felt comfortable right off the bat. Never felt any judgment from him or his staff.
