South Shore ER Emergency Room - League City

The ER staff is kind and respectful. They listened to my needs and was patient with me. The doctor was nice, funny, and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and calming. It was NOT freezing cold.
Great experience despite the reason for going in.

Not only is this facility clean and beautiful The wait time was not a long at all, they saw me very fast. I was in and out. They also didn’t bill me for my cat scan which was a huge relief. Everyone there is very positive and kind. Love this place, and it will definitely be my go-to for any emergencies.

Ive been bouncing around being that I haven’t had the best luck finding a provider since moving to Texas. I stop in with some concerns that’s worsen and Dr.Thomas was so attentive with his care my nurses Dominick & Jose was very gentle and gave me great care especially explaining my visit before I got discharged. Lottie and Sylvia was just as amazing with their great hospitality and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. This would be my go to urgent care for now on !

Didn't have one bad feeling or experience during my one night stay here. Everyone was very polite, helpful, and they went over and beyond any other medical facility I have ever been in. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

This was our first visit, and I was very impressed by the excellent care my son received from the nurses and the doctor. The whole staff was very compassionate from the moment we walked into the door, unfortunately this is not always the normal when having to visiit an ER.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making a stressful situation much more manageable. I want to give a special shoutout to Jose at the front desk. His helpfulness and efficiency in handling my situation were outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. It's rare to describe an emergency room visit as great, but thanks to the fantastic team and exceptional service, it truly was. Thank you all for your dedication and care!

10/10 highly recommend this ER! I brought my husband here a few weeks ago and they took very good care of him. He hates hospitals but if in need he will come back here. I recommended my sister who is here now and she loves it. They take very good care of you and actually care. Amazing bed side manner and all the staff is ahhhmazing. Dr. Thomas is top notch doctor who gets down to the punch. I been to several hospitals who just look at you as a dollar sign to them. Then turn around and murder your insurance with so many charges. If you need care definitely come here you will not regret it.

What an awesome ER! If you are looking for 5 star service when you feel terrible this is the place!! I went a few months ago when my kidney was first blocked and they were so amazing to me. I had a nephrostomy tube placed 2 months ago and tonight I thought something was wrong. We in and instantly all those amazing folks recognized me! They took me straight back looked at my tube, checked dressings, flushed it and assured me it was in good shape. I didn’t even sit down and I was out of there. I’ve had a lot of medical issues in my life and I’ve never had better service anywhere!!!! Love these wonderful, caring people at South Shore ER!!

Amazing place! The doctors and the staff are so kind and wonderful and take care of all of your needs very quickly. I have been very comfortable in my room and they have asked us even several times if we would like a snack or drink. They were very professional when it came to doing my scans as well as x-ray. I will definitely be back for my ER needs. This place is exactly what every health place needs to be!

The staff here were so prompt and understanding. They answered any questions and broke down the medical terms so I understood. Everything was clean and the room was a nice size. Complimentary snacks were given and they even ordered me door dash due to my longer stay. 10/10 recommendation!

I have had to visit South Shore ER a couple times in the past year, and each time I thought how much better it is than anywhere else I’ve ever been. The staff is friendly and attentive, the doctor explained everything in terms that i could understand, and the care I received was exceptional. There are a lot of choices when needing a doctor, but there aren’t any better than South Shore. Whatever your needs are, this is the place.

It was my first time attending South Shore ER and I was accepted with open arms. They were all extremely nice and accommodating. One of the best ER’s I have ever been to. I am so happy with all the support they gave me. I highly recommend coming here.

Went into South Shore ER yesterday feeling terrible and Dr Thomas and his staff took the very best care of me. Everyone was so extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed and even offered to go get me breakfast tacos for me and all the other patients there. I can’t say enough about how awesome everyone is there. Thank you again
