Alexandra & Paris are so nice to me every time I come in! Very respectful kind hearted girls. It is always a pleasure seeing them. They give the best service!

Now this is how a good KFC is run. I forgot how good their food is because the one in Stoughton where I live is so bad. When we were in Janesville we decided to go get some and it is just so vastly different and worth making the drive more often to get good service and good food. Wasn't even mad they forgot my biscuit because I was in heaven over the chicken. I did get it once my husband noticed it was missing so it was remedied quickly!

Paris waited on us and was very pleasant. Greeted us great and friendly smile.

Just the best kfc experience I’ve ever had if your going to a kfc go to this one such a positive environment

Very good food, fresh, hot and delicious. Much better than what was in Fort Atkinson. I don't recommend the spicy famous bowl unless you like spicy grease.

The Janesville store was out of bone-in chicken so we ordered a tenders meal and it was absolutely delicious!!! The staff was amazing and gracious despite their lack of inventory-a busy weekend is a good thing and having an incredible staff will take this location a long way.

KFC is always wonderful. Their chicken nuggets are excellent. But I loved the popcorn chicken but they got rid of it 😔. But I digress. Their stuff is always great 😁♥😃

Did not go in the the young lady at the drive threw was awesome. My food was great.

I give this place 5 stars just based off of Marks customer service skills! He is amazing even after a long frustrating day he still serves with a smile, and the young gentleman who was working with him and handed me my food is amazing as well!!! I feel bad for not getting his name but he's young. Very kind and even reminded me I needed sauce which I would have had to drive back for lol. So I thank you! Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for serving with a smile!

The restaurant was freezing, but the food was great and the staff was incredibly friendly! I was very impressed with how well the staff treated us and took care of us while we were there.

Our food was served pretty fast, and was hot and fresh when we got it!

I probably go here too often(about once every two weeks for the last few months) and they have never gotten my order wrong(drive thru or inside). Workers generally seem to be in good spirits.

Today the chicken was excellent I can taste a secret recipe finally it tasted like the way it used to be Kentucky Fried Chicken. I went to the Owatonna Minnesota and it didn't taste right to me and I ain't been back

Service was outstanding!! Went through the drive thru. Had a wait on my dinner, however once I got to the pay wimdow. The young lady working did not charge me for my beverage. And then when I got my dinner they also through in free desert.

The staff truly made our stay enjoyable, going above and beyond in service; food was excellent. It was easy to see their dedication toward quality and cleanliness, SO appreciated.
