Brazoria County Child Support Office

There phone line is always busy. Morning through close. I can never get a hold of anyone.. It's like they take the phone & put it on the side.. And then when you call it's always busy.. They took the phone off the hook.. Horrible js.. I hope they fix the issue asap.. How are you supposed to get a hold of anybody at the child support office smh!

They are nice to you in person but hardly reachable by phone and condescending. You have no rights as a custodial parent- at the mercy of the state. They take 6 months to process a modification request. Complete incompetence.

Typical Texas Government officials. No accountability and very disrespectful. I pay every month like clock work and still cant get them to help assist me in the process of filing a modification so i can see my kids more. And they wonder why so many dont pay.

Can't get a hold of them they phone is busy see when they tell us if we have a problem or a questions to give them a call but how are we gonna do that when their is busy this don't make no since SMDH like this is crazy

The worst , can't get through to any one. Last time I was here was salivating on how much I made and incurreging baby mama to get more $$ worthless pos should be trying to keep the fam together not to separate them

Phone busy and no office is in the building.
