Heritage Dental - Katy

This was my Princess very first Dental visit and I must say I am beyond pleased. They were able to book us a same day appointment and once I arrived to their location it was smooth sailing. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the wait time was next to none and all the staff were helpful and attentive. Best of all they were able to complete X-rays, a cleaning and 3 filling without anesthesia. From the Dr to the assistants they are well trained in making kids comfortable. They were knowledgeable, patient and kind. They made our visit a breeze. Thanks to the Heritage Dental Team @Katy for taking care of my toddlers oral health!

Place is clean, doctors and dental assistants are very professional. My 2 kids are coming here for the last 5 years, everything is absolutely perfect!

First I am a chicken and fear the dentist. I came here knowing i needed a tooth extracted. The assistant Anas was awesome. Very nice young man relaxed me with information and what to expect.
Dr. Tri came in and extracted the tooth with absolutely no pain at all! I couldn’t believe it! People of Katy come here ask for Dr. Tri and his assistant Anas.

5 stars to Danielle ! She was amazing during my treatment. Very personable and professional . She made me feel at ease explaining everything to me in detail. I will continue to use Heritage dental and I highly recommend to others.

I am so glad I chose this dentist! The office is so bright and welcoming and clean. The staff are all really nice. Scheduling is easy and they’re great at working with my schedule. I get the same hygienist every time so that definitely makes the appointments more comfortable. Overall it’s the best dentist office I’ve been to!

The entire staff are welcoming and friendly. The dentists are knowledgeable and do quality work. Danielle is an excellent hygienist. I always book my appointments with her. This is a well run business.

I have really enjoyed my visits to Heritage dental. The doctor and staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I got an Essix as a temporary measure for my crown that broke and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter and I both come to Heritage Dental and have both had great experiences. They work with a lot of insurance plans and always consider the best options for you. The staff made the process very simple and quick. Clean environment.

Fast forward to yesterday...not the same dentist and no longer in my network. Would have been nice to know before my appointment and co-pay. 5 stars: 9 mos ago....Excellent dentist, very helpful and is genuinely concerned about the patients.
Fast forward to 12/18 - good dentist, although now the same and great service.

The staff is so kind, the payment is easy and quick, and I’m always able to make an appointment that works for my schedule. Everyone is also great at keeping me informed, whether that be regarding my mouth, insurance, or at home care. I highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service I received on my first visit. I had a comprehensive examination of my full dental 🦷 and also had oral screening for cancer. Heritage Dental exceeded my expectation.

I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. So happy that somebody recommended it for me. I recently had a terrible experience with another dentist & didn't think I would ever feel comfortable at a dentist office. The staff here are amazingly friendly, but more importantly, they are competent & work well together. I had Dr. Chun and he was very good at explaining every little thing to me. He was patient, professional & friendly. The fact that they can print their own crowns & retainers same day blew my mind. So glad I'm a patient here now.

I always enjoy my visits at the office. It's nice because they're open on Mondays and stay open later than other clinics. Always fast, friendly, clean.

Today was my first time having my check up and cleaning done at this office and Faith the hygienist was very good and took her time cleaning.
Overall so far so good. The dentist and the staff members were nice as well.

Excellent service. I arrived as a walk in and they offered me the soonest available appointment in the same day.

Doctors are very professional. Ran all the procedures, explained them carefully my needs and recommended the treatment.

Finally, they execute the job. In my case was a deep clean which, I think the results are very good. I feel happy with my teeth health conditions.

Great professionalism. Made sure I was comfortable & very well put & organized. Even gave me a blanket because I was cold (:

This was my first time here! The staff was very friendly and willing to work with me. I'm very impressed and will definitely using Heritage Dental from now on
