Very pleased with our experience and service! Pravin who serviced my vehicle took us out to my car to show us the issues and explained everything that needed to get done. Kirk explained the pricing in full detail. Due to delays, they were very nice to shuttle me home, to and from work and car rental place. (Thanks Julio and other service guy) Although the price was a bit hefty and changed from what I was originally quoted, he called to let me know he forgot to add something. I feel like they were honest and not trying to pull one over on me therefore, I will bring my car here for future service needs and maintenance!

Wanted to give a huge shout out to “uncle” Curt and the gang! Wow great service! Driven to and from home treated so well. Car ready on time. I have serviced multiple vehicles there for years now. I can not recommend this any higher. Even meet the owner Scott who was super nice and friendly. It always seems that anyone that comes in is treated so well and happy. I can not write a higher recommendation for their services and how well they treat me and my family. I never write reviews but these guys deserved it. Keep up the good work.

My car was broken down and they hooked me up amazingly. I got a completely car almost and it purrs like a kitten. The costumer service is just as good as the work they did on my car.

I stopped by to have my handicapped license plate on. The technician was very helpful. His name was Pravin and Trey was very knowledgeable and had a speedy response to my needs he is a rockstar!! I definitely recommend this mechanic shop.

I am a New Customer. I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in because it had a ticking noise. They done a diagnostic on it found out one of the lifters were bad…. They replaced all 12 lifters and rockers and done a oil change as well… Mr. Kurt and Mr. Trey were so nice and they have amazing customer service, they kept me updated throughout the week. I’m so glad I chose Euro Care with my Green Machine 😉

Great service and great customer service as always. I didn’t want to drive over to MB Sewell but Euro fit me in with same day apptmt and I was in and out in about an hour. Kurt and staff were all fabulous! I also love that a female technician worked on my Benz AMG!

I had been putting off several big ticket repair items on my 2014 Audi. I'd had my car serviced at the dealer exclusively since purchase, but lately, they seemed too overloaded to give the care they used to, so I responded to a mailer from Eurocare. I'm very glad I did. Mike offered concierge level service on my repairs and took sincere ownership of getting me a quote and thoroughly validating, with Ken, the mechanic, the repairs that my car needed. The price was fair and lower than the dealer. Their work was prompt and as far as I can tell, excellent. Also, you'll get an extended warranty well beyond what the dealer offers.

All in all, I can highly recommend using the shop. Mike (and Kurt) really valued my business, the prices were good and the work, by all appearances, was excellent.

The job took a little longer than expected but I was kept informed of issues. Definitely a lot more reasonable price than the dealership. Kurt and Derek went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed.. they were quick to get me a replacement when the first transmission failed. Very professional, will definitely return as a customer!

This place is great they actually, listen to the customers concerns and did they best to meet me halfway on the price. I had an oil leak on my jag xf and they fix it the same day. Trey and his team have great customer service and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you guys.

The employees did a fast and speedy service replacing my brakes and rotor pads at a MUCH more reasonable price. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent work.

My wife and I was at the Mall and when we finished shopping and came out to the car it would not start. I didn't know what to do. As we continued to try to start the car, I remembered EuroCare. I called them to ask for assistance and the experience was the best I've ever had. They got my information, sent a technician to the location and followed me to their location. Once we arrived, the managers on duty were very accommodating. Even though it was close to closing they got my car fixed. Not once did they suggest I would have to leave my car and come back. First time using Eurocare, after my miserable experience at the Audi Service center, we were grateful for their assistance. Mike and his team were fantastic, super friendly service, kept us informed throughout the process, and finished the work in a timely matter. Not to mention came and picked us up to retrieve our vehicle once the job was completed. Never once did we feel they were trying to sell us unnecessary repairs and gave us options to save money.

10/10 experience. Highly Recommended.

My 2001 S-type jag is old, but still beautiful. It recently stopped running properly, and it took a while to figure out the problem(s), but now it runs like it's brand new! I'm very pleased!

Not understanding some of these negative reviews, Seems like individuals that want to drive foreign made cars but don't want to perform/pay the cost of having preventive maintenance done. Place was extremely professional and direct with what the issue was and even showed me and communicated to me choices/options, Unlike everyone else I had them take care of any and whatever issues they found with my BMW right then and there.

They have great friendly service and keep everything straight with you! Mike was a great help with getting my Audi back in proper running shape! They don’t try to rip you off like other places and are much cheaper than a dealership. 10/10 experience. Highly Recommended.

eurocare does a great job going above and beyond. we have an 2013 Audi q7 that we bought recently that had a few problems with the battery, AC, and some smaller stuff. Reno and Kirk are extremely helpful and understanding with everything we needed done. a big plus is that they send you pictures with a description showing you what is wrong and how they can go about it. great place, great work and great people.
