Great place. Prices are better than big stores

I am shocked by the customer service here!!!! AMAZING!!!! It's been too long since I've been treated like a person that brings value to their establishment. Come try this pharmacy at least once, you will never go to another pharmacy again. The owner provides excellent service and they deliver! I'm not sure what the distance limit is but I couldn't be more thankful for this luxurious service! Another plus -medicine is more affordable compared to the Kroger down the road.

Recently my Father moved in with us and was very ill. Spring Green Pharmacy went completely out of their way to get all his medicines to him in a timely manner. No matter what. Our family is incredibly grateful and thankful for such wonderful people and a wonderful business!!

I have so many good things to say about this pharmacy, I don't even know where to begin. Someone had suggested I try Spring Green bc the price of my prescription had skyrocketed, plus for some reason, the specific generic brand my Dr. wants me to take is so darn hard to find. (Sooo frustrating!) I never considered using a small pharmacy before-I guess I "assumed" their prices would be much higher and that they would have far less service (?!) However, that couldn't be farther from the truth (not with Spring Green,at least). This pharmacist has one of the most caring, kind hearts I have ever experienced. First of all, not only was he able to get the generic brand I needed, he also beat the price of the ONE place in all of Katy that ever had it; AND he went ahead and ordered enough to cover months down the road so that I wouldn't have to worry about it not being available. And I haven't even gotten to the best part-delivery. YES, no joke, they offer free (FREE!) delivery. (Who does that?! Really?!) The first time I went to pick up my medicine there and I got to talking with the owner and why he offers the delivery service and also where he came from. He worked several years for a big nation-wide pharmacy...said he saw such a need for elderly people who couldn't drive anymore who either had to rely on a ride, or if that wasn't available, would have to pay for a taxi to bring them and take them back home; and sometimes they'd end up having to sit and wait for their prescriptions to be filled. This didn't seem right to him-and working for a big company, you don't always have the freedom to give the personal service that you want to give. (I can absolutely understand that feeling, in my own profession). Some people go into certain fields for the money, and some people do it because they truly do care. I've always said, why can't you have both? When there's plenty of competition out there, people will always choose to do business with places that make them feel valued and who are looking out for them. Well-This pharmacist CARES. I've said enough-you just have to experience it for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

Do not do send your prescription to this pharmacy. I called in to check on my prescription, the owner was very rude. Referred to me as “those kind of patients.”
I have a letter from my insurance company stating that I got approved for a prescription and was even going to drive up there to show him a copy, but it is not even necessary. I shouldn’t have ignored the bad reviews. Please do not ignore the google reviews. Definitely avoid this place. Very unprofessional and rude!!! I will also be leaving a yelp review. They do not deserve a star. I wish there was an option for zero stars.. Horrible experience!!

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. My prescription was sent to them and as soon as it was ready I was called to make a payment. This wasn’t the issue, the issue was that when I went to go pick them up 2 weeks after only 2 of the 4 of my prescriptions were ready but 2 weeks prior I was called about all 4 being ready. I was told that my prescription would be ready on Monday and I said ok. I called today to make sure that they were ready, the woman asked for the name of the medications and I told her that I didn’t know the names but I know what type of medications they were. She put me on hold and then came back to the phone to tell me she doesn’t have them then put me on hold AGAIN and then gave me 2 different types of meds that I did not mention then put me on hold again and came back and I told her I just want to know if my medication is there. She then put me on hold AGAIN and then passed the phone to someone else who confirmed what I needed to know. Overall work is just sloppy with whoever answers the phone, she gave me the same difficulty 2 weeks prior as well as yesterday. Won’t be returning.

Sept 29th,2023: I went to go pick up my prescription today and I was told that they did not have it after I had called days before to ask if they had it and after going back and forth with being on hold I was told they have it. I gave the woman my name one more time with my dob and I guess she went to the back to call her manager to ask about my prescription. She then came back and told me that because of my review where I said I will not be returning they ended up refunding my money and canceling my prescription. I was NEVER notified about my prescription being canceled and my money being refunded. I didn’t receive a call or email. I walked out frustrated at what just happened. I decided to turn around and ask them to have my prescription transferred and when I tried to opened the door it was locked. Keep in mind on Saturdays they close at 8pm which means they locked the doors immediately after I left, I stood there on the phone with my mother telling her what was going on while the other employees just stood there looking at me. It wasn’t until I finally walked away that someone came to actually help me. You guys are honestly the worst pharmacy I ever been to. You have all those people and the ONLY person who even cared enough to acknowledge me and try to help me and even go the extra step to call someone to help her give me an answer about my prescription deserves a raise and to be promoted. The rest of you were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP and the Asian woman is worst.

Rude and careless people. Delayed prescriptions because they “forgot.” I asked when they would be sent and still said “yeah I don’t know what happened, should be there by tomorrow.” A week later and still nothing. Their response “ I don’t know what happened”

Owner takes advantage of drivers. And talks to them very disrespectful. Under pays and doesn't even do background checks. So you don't know who is delivering you meds, and knocking at your door. Be careful ... And a bunch of teenagers filling your prescriptions. I feel really sorry for anyone who has to deal with the manager Harsh.

I hate this pharmacy I’ll never use it again

Sucked that I had to go here because other pharmacies nearby didn’t have the medication. Pretty rude at the counter and just overall a bad experience. If you can avoid this place you should.

The Manger of the company HARSH is RUDE!! , He is extremely disrespectful to the delivery drivers. JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL !! , please take my word on this i wouldn’t lie at all , so do not come to this pharmacy there !!!

Watch this pharmacy! They are in the business of making people feel TERRIBLE! Terrible customer service. Question about dosage, NO human compassion!!!
Look at the reviews! They need to be put OUT of business!

Horrible place. I have been waiting two weeks for them to fill my prescription. They don't follow up even after calling them multiple times.
