Great experience buying a mattress from this location! I came in with my family and was helped by Rusty. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. He asked the right questions and listened to our needs. He was able to quickly and efficiently help us identify the kind of mattress that works best for us. He was honest and went the extra mile to get us a good deal. I recommend visiting this location and asking for Rusty.

Rusty is really awesome! He took the time to really listen to what we wanted from a mattress and did his best to get us everything we wanted at a reasonable price. He didn’t rush us when we left to think it over and was ultimately the main reason we returned to this branch. I’d definitely go back to him for any other mattress needs.

By far this was the best mattress shopping experience I’ve ever had. Tom helped us out. He was great and very patient with my husband and I. We both appreciate that he was not pushy at all neither did he try to sell us the most expensive mattress. Instead, he took his time to get to know us and ask about our current mattress and what we were looking for in the new mattress. Tom paid much attention to details and asked questions on what our preferences were. He helped us narrow our search to a few options. Tom made us feel very comfortable and confident about our final selection. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would 100% recommend him to my friends and family.

I had a great in-store experience at the Bunker Hill location. Rusty, is full of knowledge and is very honest when it comes to finding the bed that suits your needs. A positive attitude goes along way especially, when you’re making such a long-term investment on your comfort. I wasn’t able to have my mattress delivered right away but mattress firm was able to hold my mattress as long as necessary.
