Front staff where very friendly and helpful!

In all the eviction cases I've seen presented to this judge (probably about 100 now), the only single one where the evictee won was when the landlord didn't show up. -ie. he is very landlord friendly!

The front office ladies don't seem like they enjoy what they do, but the judge is very fair and Seargent Bennett is so funny and nice. Enjoyed my court date.

I actually wish this still was one of the previous judges than Mark Gibson. At least the eviction process was more fair then. To the fellow landlords, good luck with getting an eviction done here. It's been over a year, and I still haven't gotten my eviction process granted. Now my property has under went a foreclosure date. I've had to file bankruptcy just to keep my property, while the tenant gets to live in it rent-free. I believe it all could have been prevented if this court didn't reset the court dates over and over again, make excuses for tenants that have no intentions in honoring their lease and pretend that they are going to cover the rent in some type of rent relief program. Please be cautious when they offer you a rent relief program. I haven't received any money from them despite their several promises to pay, and that too has been over a year. They seem to be no better than the tenants that I'm coming here for. So now I'm being robbed by the tenant and the court system. I've now hired property management services to see if they can get a better result than I have. Y'all pray for my outcome, please...

Since Fort Bend County Commisoner Precinct 2 is not allowing reviews, I have no choice but to leave my review here. I called to check availability for a marriage ceremony. The girl told me I had to drive all the way from Fresno to this place JUST to see whether or not they were available on certain dates. Ridiculous. I finally found time this morning and when I got there another lady told me I had to have my marriage license JUST TO CHECK THE JUDGE’S AVAILABILITY! They are a total joke, are rude and value no one’s time or energy but their own. I called Judge Nancy Lusk in Sugar Land and the judge answered and was so kind and accommodating. I got availability and set my marriage ceremony date ALL BY PHONE.

Judge Mark Gibson is ignorant and hypocritical, which is, unfortunately, typical of the changes you see in Fort Bend County and our once great country. Go back to walking the benches at church, hustla!

This sorry no good judge is a disgrace. Not only did he just sit there and allow ADA Atwood Mcandrew trial a case in his courtroom while he was being investigated. He sat there and listen while the state present false accusations. He sat there while the police officer, after giving her whole false statement in detail of she wanted the jury to hear. All of a sudden get amnesia when she was questioned by me. To every question that I asked, her answer was "I don't remember" but he didn't remind her that she was under oath. He took side with the state and said that "she already answered your questions, move on" while wĕ are on the subject of me representing myself..... it's funny because, this so called police officer. Ft. Bend isd officer allison Williams. Said in here sworn statement that she detained me and that's how she got my information. Then she madeup a false arrest report. Which leads back to a lawyer...... if I had been "arrested" then I would have had my rights read to me. I would have had to make bail in order to get out of jail and I would of had an court appointed attorney since I am indigent. All of my rights were violated under the pathetic joel clouser jr. Look at this paperwork and see his dirty hands convicting innocent people. He is a criminal.

Center point Gas. .faulty equipment has caught up(a dealth occured February Freeze) and if Judge Closer would have not allowed a Trial with valid evidence presented to walk away as a winner ... By attorney who didn't know Ft.Bend nor surrounded county and was allowed to present a activity board which I never was allowed to see prior to presentation...Center point negelence has caused actions.

You don’t have to enjoy doing your job but at least don’t have an attitude or be rude to people.
