First-rate customer service from start to finish. We had our roof replaced along with gutters and a paint job. We will definitely be using them for our future remodeling projects. We contacted SmartHomes to redo our roof because we could hear squirrels scratching in the attic and therefore needed to redo the roof quickly. Franklin came over for the inspection and explained the whole process, material choice with me. We asked more questions about the roof ventilation and Franklin was able to help us with that as well. We chose them and the day of the work, while they were working on the roof, there was an incident (mainly due to an issue to the original roof) that affected the ceiling in one room below the attic. They called another crew and were able to fix the ceiling the same day. That was a great relief for us. We think they were very professional and responsive when the emergency occurred. They also cleaned up after the work was done, and were always available to answer questions.
I would definitely recommend them.

This company is awesome and very professional. I had a tree fall on my roof and this was an insurance claim. Franklin and the company were all very helpful and understanding in the lengthy process. The staff that do the actual work are very fast and professional all while still being very friendly. The insurance covered the roof replacement and replaced all our flooring. Smarthomes did all the work and without even having to move any furniture out. Yes of course everything got very cluttered. But all the guys helped constantly move furniture around all without scratching any of the New flooring. Well in short I'm glad I chose them and fully plan you use them again in the future.

Great experience! Our roof started leaking into the house during tropical storm Beta, and we contacted several different companies. Franklin gave us a totally fair estimate for our home, which ended up needing brand new decking and roof install. I forgot about our gutters initially, but added those too very easily with a great matching color they helped pick out, and we upgraded to the leaf guard gutters. They were very fast, getting the job done in 4 days. Day one was old gutters removal, days 2-3 roof build, day 4 new leaf guard gutters placed. This has completely changed our homes look, and definitely keeps the rain out! Absolutely beautiful job, and also very responsive to customer issues! I thought I saw an problem, and Franklin sent one of his guys right out. Turns out I was seeing things (embarrassing!) But I was very impressed with their desire to make sure the job was done right.

10/10 would recommend, 100%, worth every dollar. Any work we do in the future that my husband can't do, we are calling these guys!

From the table sit-down Mr. Franklin was the epitome of knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He had an assortment of samples, manuals, & props that helped me maintain a constant visual understanding of what he was explaining. His crew were there at exactly when they said they would show up. Down to the workers, they were focused, and were there on a mission. After gutting the roof, the perimeter around the house was horrible. But by the time they left, it was like they were never there; incredible actually. So all-in-all... I will never let anyone else come close to my roof other than Smarthomes.

After getting half a dozen estimates, we chose Smarthomes Roofing to install our new roof. Everything went very well from start to finish. We are very happy with the work, communication, and very competitive price. There were choices as to expense and quality, and Franklin explained it all very patiently and clearly. The warranty is great too!

We're recommending them to friends, and will use Smarthomes again when we need them.

Franklen and his team are very easy to work with. He originally installed our roof back in 2017 and we had him come out to do maintenance. We also needed some interior work done. Everything was done very well and Franklen did a great job in communicating each step of the process. Highly recommend for roofing and interior work!

We decided to have SmartHomes replace our roof and decking because of Franklin's knowledge, expertise and honesty. The crew were professional, courteous and efficient; the work excellent quality. We had them come back for regular maintenance; check the roof condition, refresh flashing seals, etc. Again we got expertise, professionalism and efficiency. We expect to retain their services as time goes on.

My roof was damaged and they went over and above to make sure that it was in the best shape. I paid for the roof maintenance service and it was one of the best things I could have done. My roof looks great and is safe from leaks!

I had a contract with Smarthomes to replace the roof as gutters and to repaint the exterior. They completed the project ahead of their promised schedule with excellent quality. Franklin is great to work with. Two years ago, Smarthomes replaced my roof. They did a great job and it has been rock solid! I just had them back out to replace a skylight, add roof penetrations for new exhaust fans, and to replace one of my windows. Their crews are professional and more importantly, they do quality work

Using Smarthomes Remodeling was the best decision my husband and I could have ever made. Franklin Laya was very professional and prompt meeting with us to discuss the repairs needed. He showed us samples and colors for the roof and gutters. We ultimately decided to have the roof replaced, new gutters and repair the chimney top. The roof was installed and the chimney was repaired in one day. The crew arrived on time as scheduled at 7am and worked all day until 8:30 pm. The other crew came and installed the gutters on Sunday and were done in 4 hours. Everything looks awesome!! They made the process easy and kept us informed with the scheduling. I liked having the peace of mind doing business with someone we could trust. Would definitely recommend Smarthomes Remodeling.
