Great little neighborhood school, daycare. Offers care as early as 8 weeks through kindergarten. Attempts to adhere to Montessori methodology and, for the most part, succeeds. However, teacher training, process continuity and turnover tend to cause issues with application of said method as well as child routines.
Very cost effective as compared to competition. Provides diapers with tuition cost which saves tons of back and forth for parents and teachers.
New manager, Mr. Warren, is really making strides with parent communication and involvement. Shows drive to move the center in the right direction and recruit effective and experienced teachers.

We've had our 18 month old here since he was 3 months old. The infant rooms were wonderful. Especially the Infant 1 room. He developed quickly and he was well loved while he was in the room. I just about died the first week thinking he would be all alone like a sad puppy. He enjoyed it and barely missed me. They had tons of developmental activities for him and let him watch the older infants until he couldn't wait to do the activities they were working on. This is a Montessori process to encourage curiosity and self-growth. He was right on time with all of his developmental markers from grasping to crawling to walking. He was holding a cup and using a spoon by 13 months. My only criticism would be that it seems that they have a lot of turnover for their helper staff, though there are several long-term teachers and staff. They are much more than an average daycare. They really are a school. I would recommend it to anyone. I suppose I could see how people un-used to Montessori methods might be a little weirded out, but I went to a Montessori, and I am doing everything possible to make sure my son does, too.

My husband and I thoroughly researched daycare options and were very attracted to the Montessori concept. At the time, Morning Glory Montessori was well-reviewed and had a good record with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. On paper, my daughter's experience there should have been a positive one. Sadly, it was not.
I am not sure if it was her age (she was approximately 5 months), her class, or the teachers, but to say we had a terrible experience there would be an understatement. My daughter was sitting on a cold, hard floor most of the day and was sick for almost the entire two month period she was there. She was in a daycare before Morning Glory and had no issues, so I am inclined to blame environmental factors. She had 2 different Urinary Tract Infections and a diaper rash so bad she bled. She is 15 months old now, and she has not had either a severe diaper rash or a UTI since (or even before she attended Morning Glory, for that matter). Cribs were not really used (there was one in the corner) and instead, babies slept on gym mats along one side of the room. There were limited pictures and toys in the room and I came in one day to find my daughter playing with a moldy mini-gourd. I do not believe the environment provided adequate stimulation. The whole feel was rather sterile and cold-a stark contrast to the other rooms at the school. We could not wait to get her out of there. So much so, that we actually paid at two different places just to leave sooner. Thankfully, we are all much happier and our baby is much healthier at our new daycare.
The other reviews are not recent and perhaps there have been personnel changes in the infant area which contributed to our negative experience. I guess every school/daycare is only as good as its worst employees. Perhaps the Montessori concept is not appropriate for an infant. Either way, our child will never return to Morning Glory and I absolutely would not recommend it.
