I am very impressed with the entire process of having my roof replaced. I reached out to Amstill Roofing as my parents have used them, I used them on my prior home and recently on my current home. I am happy to be a returning customer, the entire staff went above and beyond. They are what customer service means! Elliott played a big role in the entire process. He kept me in the loop of everything from the very beginning, explained everything thoroughly, provided the step by step, he was very informative. What was such a surprise was having my roof taken care of on a Saturday as they only work Monday - Friday. Elliott made this happen and management approved, just wow! My roof looks amazing, great work done by the crew. The crew members were professional, polite and very thorough with their work and the entire clean up process. Amstill replaced the roof on our home this week and we are very happy with the result. The team at Amstill was super professional from start to finish and great to work with. My current homeowner insurance company was requiring me to replace my roof. I reached out to Amstill and Matt was the person I spoke to on the phone. He was kind and understanding of my frustration with my current homeowner insurance. He recommended a free roof inspection to take a look at the condition of my roof. Upon inspection, Matt found that there were signs of hell damage throughout my roof. Matt recommended I claim with my homeowner insurance company. He was able to meet with the adjuster and had the claim approved. I was ecstatic because there was no way I was going to be able to afford a new roof.

The roof on our last home lasted over 30 years so when it came time to reroof our recently renovated mid-century modern home I made the decision to solicit bids from multiple roofing companies to better understand my options, the costs and warranties. The materials and crew arrived precisely on time, each person had clearly defined areas of expertise and Jose Lopez’s on the job supervision kept the workflow on track throughout the day. They took extra care to protect our windows and landscaping and were extremely thorough in not leaving a trace behind. Amstill Roofing was an excellent choice for us from start to finish. The company was always quick to respond to us when we called to set up and initial appointment; they did not pressure us to work with them, rather, they gave us excellent information that helped us weigh our options. Setting up the date for the actual roof work was easy and the work day when the team arrived was seamless and well-organized. Communication is a key for my husband and I, so when we met our consultant, Griffin, we were very impressed with his knowledge and background in the roofing business. The warranty is great; the roofing products used are top notch and best of all, we will be able to transfer the warranty to new home owners if the need arises. We loved Amstill and would use them again if needed.

Kristian Ball was working on the roof of the house next door & I asked him to give us a quote. He was quick, friendly, & professional. We had already gotten a couple of other quotes & they were half of one & similar on the other. They were able to schedule us quickly & despite the threat of rain we had a new roof with solar fans in one short day. They were great, covering our pool & all around the house. I am in the garden daily & I haven’t noticed any debris or problems. They went above & beyond my expectations.

We’re happy we found Amstill, Bryan was able to identify the issues that caused us to have our roof leak. We loved how detailed and informative he was, providing before and after pictures for our roof repair.

They're great! I wasn't able to make it to the initial assessment, but they did a video inspection and sent it to me. We (Matt from Amstill) discussed things and we got rolling. Matt again was present when the claims adjuster arrived, which was a great help to me in understanding everything.

Once they got rolling, Matt, Shane and Rigo, all from the Amstill team were each on-site at some point to make sure things were operating smoothly. I don't have a large house, but job was done in half a day.

4-2-24... We just got a new roof installed. Everything went perfectly smooth. Evan and the crew showed up around 7am. Evan and the crew were gone by 3pm. Evan was the supervisor and answered all my questions. They protected our plants and cleaned up every little scrap before they left. The salesman Tanner was informative, friendly and understood what we wanted. He was the reason we chose Amstill. We had a bad hail storm 2 weeks before and had spoken to several salesman from other companies. Tanner showed us different options and got the ball rolling. The whole experience was painless. I would highly recommend Amstill Roofing.

I bought an attached townhouse in Houston and needed to replace the roof quickly – the existing roof was in disrepair and I was concerned about damage to the interior of the house. Amstill worked me into the schedule right away and did a great job on the roof. The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They worked through a very hot August day with no complaints. The roof is of great quality and beautiful. I was especially pleased with how clean they left the site, I was worried about the mess but didn't find any nails in the driveway or pieces of the old roof in the yard once they left. I would highly recommend Amstill and their entire crew - from Charlie, who helped me select the perfect color and got us scheduled quickly to Joe, the crew boss who showed up on time with his guys and gave me his cell number in case I needed anything during the day to all of the guys on the crew who worked so hard on such a miserable day. I recently had the pleasure of working with Enes from AmStill Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the beginning, Enes demonstrated a high level of professionalism and patience. He took the time to walk me through the various types of roofing materials available, explaining their characteristics in detail, which gave me confidence in the materials they would use.

Enes also provided a comprehensive overview of their construction process, which further assured me that I was making the right choice by entrusting AmStill Roofing with this project. The day of installation went smoothly. The team of workers displayed remarkable skill and professionalism in completing the job.

It's been three weeks since the installation, and I've been regularly inspecting my roof. So far, everything looks great. I selected Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingle, which, upon installation, appeared thicker compared to other shingle brands. However, there were some uneven spots. Enes explained that over time, these inconsistencies would settle and even out. After three weeks, I can see some improvement, although not all areas have completely flattened. Nevertheless, I haven't encountered any leakage issues.

I would confidently recommend AmStill Roofing for their professionalism, quality materials, and skillful installation. My experience, including the choice of shingle, has been largely positive, and I'm pleased with the outcome.

Coming back from Spring Break to find a roof leak is never good! Contacted the previous roofer who immediately started making excuses and promised to call me back. They had done a second rate job (when the house was a rental - and before we bought the property.)

But, thank goodness a neighbor recommended Amstill Roofing! Scheduled me a visit the same day and were very understanding. Elliot was very thorough with his inspection and showed us several issues that needed addressing.

Thankfully, within two days everything has been fixed, as more rain is due tomorrow!

Amstill replaced my roof twice in the last since 1990. They did a very good job and took care of the insurance company for me. This time was just an inspection. The inspector called and came early. Very professional and very honest. I will definitely mention them to my friends about Amstill.

Amstill roofing did an excellent job completely re-doing our entire roof. They started work exactly as planned and cleaned up all the debris. They even rescued some baby raccoons from the attic which were later recovered by the mother raccoon. A special thank you to Tanner for all his help and expertise during this entire process.

He was courteous, on time, extremely knowledgeable concerning my roofing repairs and was honest, not overselling but focusing only on what I needed. He consistently contacted me to make sure my roofing repairs went smoothly and even assisted me with setting up my financing. He respected me and my time as a customer which is rare these days. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and Stanley, the roofer did an excellent job. I am very pleased. I am giving an update after some major storms passed through Houston during the last few weeks in November. I am still very pleased because the roof repairs made to my roof worked. There were no leaks at all in my home and believe me, I checked everywhere. I still stand by my first review with Amstill. I highly recommend this company to others.

Robert McFadden with Amstill did an amazing job! There were 17 workers that showed up at my home at 6:30 am Saturday and 6 hours later they had finished my roof and cleanup. In fact, my atrium has never been cleaner!! Robert walked me through every step and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. Amstill is more expensive than other roofing companies, but they use the best materials, and since I got the upgraded roof that protects from hail and wind damage, I might get an insurance reduction thanks to Robert letting me know that. Because my credit rating is over 800, I got 100 percent financing for a year at zero interest. I highly recommend Amstill and Robert!!
