I love this place! And I have had nothing but great experiences every visit!! I have visited locations in sugar land, bunker hill, and in Memphis.
The lady I came to at Bunker Hill this morning was amazing and attentive. Everyone is always so nice:)

O my god I just love Jenny... She always do A amazing job when I come to her. She is very nice and understanding to my needs. We have good conversations and she ice me every time... She is amazing and I highly recommend her.

Bunker Hill is my favorite location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I had my most recent visit with Krishna. She’s very sweet and took her time to help me and explain everything throughly.

Im getting BBL treatment in ideal image.
It’s my second time to get it done. All front staffs are very kind and sweet. Always feel welcomed. My first treatment was successful. I have freckles on my face since I moved to Houston and saw the result is satisfying so far. I can’t wait to get all my 3 session of BBL and see how it goes. The technician is very detail oriented during the treatment. It’s not painful to me. I highly recommended in here to get more glow the beauty.

My experience in this location has been amazing! The ladies are kind and helpful. My nurse in my first laser session was Krishna and she was awesome, she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable.

Abby at the Sugar Land location was amazing. She was so meticulous about measuring and evaluating my face and requests. She discussed everything she was doing and made me feel relaxed and confident. I look fabulous!

Excellent customer service!!! Bee at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Jenny is the best!!! She helped me to understand the procedure and provided exceptional bedside manner. Both Jenny and Bee made me feel very comfortable. It was just like meeting old friends and catching up……! Excellent experience! I’ve been here 3 times and the staff and services are consistently excellent!! My nurse was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She listens and answers all my questions.
I’m exceedingly pleased and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve referred my friends there and will continue to do so.

Rashana was very knowledgeable about the process. I came in extremely nervous because my 1st session was painful. She made my 2nd session experience more comfortable. Pain was definitely minimal this time around, and she was very patient.

My experience today was great! This was my first day getting my brazilian bikini area done and I was a little nervous but both women at the front were very kind and informative. My nurse was amazing she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explained everything the entire process. She’s my favorite!

I had a great experience for my first time lasering with Jenny at this location. She was very informative/helpful and attentive.

The staff at this location is excellent. They have great bedside manner and overall are extremely friendly and accommodating. I have been going for laser hair removal, if you are questioning whether or not it’s worth it — it is. You never know the luxury of not having to shave until you experience it. I also kill two birds with one stone and get my botox there as well.

It can be difficult to get appointments with Ideal Image so I have been to multiple locations and Bunker Hill and Jenny are my fave. She is so sweet, talks during the session which definitely helps distract me from the discomfort of laser hair removal and checks in on how I’m feeling about progress. Highly recommend Jenny at Bunker Hill!

I love this place. I always get a warm welcome everytime I come here. All staff are nice and with all smile all the time. Especially my nurse she is very approachable and super nice to me. She did a good job and looking forward to see ger again next month. I feel like I am always relax everytime i come here. The place is neat and clean, very relaxing. I have no regrets choosing this place. Kudos to all the staff!

Today was the best experience I’ve had with Ideal. The Bunker Hill location looked pristine ~ which is important! Bee was charming on the phone & in person, and manager, Aliza, was friendly & helpful with questions.
Joey took care of my procedure & he was great! Very honest & knowledgable about options I can consider ~ He was definitely the best nurse I’ve had.
I hope he’ll be at that location for future appointments.

Jenny was very professional and explained each step as she performed both the ultherapy and the Botox injections.

I'm back for round 3 of ultherapy at Bunker Hill and Jenny remains the ultimate professional. She put me at ease right away and gave me good tips on the care of my skin after treatment.
