Memorial Hermann System Services Cafe

I ate breakfast there this morning. The food was warm and very tasty. The service was very helpful. I enjoyed the meal and would recommend others to eat there.

They have the absolute best breakfast hands down!

When someone is in the hospital and you are reliant on vending machines and a Cafe, you expect better. I have mixed feelings about the staff, the lady at the grill could have cared less about working. She was rude, slow and honestly did not want to be there. Another person came over to help thank goodness. The staff in general was honestly 50/50 overall. Some were kind and helpful while others just wanted to do nothing. Now the food, it was simply awful. The patients food was better than what was in the cafe for visitors and staff. The hours of operation was also unsatisfactory. People are at the hospital 24/7 and need more than a vending machine but that is all that is available in the evening hours. Sometimes you hate leaving your loved one but I strongly recommend getting on the mall bus and going to the food court at the mall or walking over there and leave the food and people at this cafe alone. The food at this cafe is just bad so please avoid it.
