Serene Beans

Spacious and peaceful! Employees were all really kind, they offered a sample of a coffee flavor I was interested in. Pastries were also really good, I had a danish with my cappuccino. I'd come back again. Good place to be if you want good coffee with some quiet time to work.

This is my go to coffee shop and now Karen (She owns the place) has light food items and they are great.

Staff are super friendly as well.

OMG!!!! This place is SOO AMAZING!! The atmosphere is great the people are GREAT!!!! When I first walked in Karen made me feel like this is home!!!!!

This place is amazing. Karen is the best and the coffee is top notch. I love hanging out and working in the super cozy environment that she has created. It is also a great place to get all of your recovery swag: Chips, book covers, t-shirts and much more. I would recommend this local coffee spot to anyone.

Fun place with good coffee and a fantastic Italian crème soda.

Neat place. Pretty quiet. Very artsy. The outdoor seating must be nice in the fall/ winter time.

Happiest place on earth! Starbucks has NOTHING on this coffee. I find that Starbucks is … bitter? I have never been disappointed by serene beans & what is better than shopping small?!! ❤❤❤ So dreamy. I’m definitely here at least once or twice a week.

We go here because we love local coffee shops. This one is doing well but could improve on the coffee itself and overall presentation. Specially carpet in food areas is concerning, glass and trash in and around shop, and general talc is wanting inside and out. Coffee was weak and bland. Rooting for them though.

It's a beautiful place to go if you want your peace and quiet time...coffee is very good and the guy working there is very nice..sorry i forgot to asked his name...

This charming little coffee shop has quickly become one of my favorite spots. Tucked away in Katy, it offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for getting some work done or catching up with a friend. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming, so there's no doubt that you'll have a great experience here.

I love this coffee spot, the decor is eclectic, cozy. The best part was I don't feel rushed. A little coffee to experience.

Nice, small town feeling coffee shop with great coffee! The baristas are great and it's obvious they care about their job & the customers. Outdoor seating covered by trees, great spot to get work done on a nice day. Inside seating as well.

Great little local coffee shop with occasional live music. Otherwise it's a quite place to meet a friend or go on a date. That said, sometimes it gets a little busy and there isn't much room on the inside of the building. There is outside seating but it's Texas, one day it's 30° and the next 104°. There's always the "to-go" option!

I cannot rave about Serene Beans enough! Located in the heart of old Katy, this eclectic coffee shop offers so much more than coffee. It's inviting and charming atmosphere includes plenty of comfortable seating throughout the home and in the backyard, an excellent assortment of drinks and treats, and a gift shop filled with handmade gifts, books, jewelry and more. In addition to the coffee house, Serene Beans is home to Fun Soaps, a masseuse and Chrysalis Counseling. Dozens of groups hold meetings throughout the coffee shop and in the meeting room, including 12 Step groups, book clubs and support groups. The monthly pop-up markets showcase local vendors and artists, and special events such as live music, murder mystery dinners and art classes make Serene Beans a favorite venue for people of all ages. The backyard is dog-friendly, too! I absolutely love Serene Beans, and you will, too!

I love this hidden gem right in the heart of old Katy. The food and drinks are delicious. Super kind staff as well. Jordan, the cashier, is awesome! I love me some Serene Beans.
