Igloo Factory Store

Had 2 pm appt. Checked in at 10:34 am. Was put in a door about 11:15 am. Loaded and on my way at 11:47 am. Great job.

Nice place, we have drove by many times on our trips to Houston. Stopped this time and it was well with it. The store was clean and orderly. Pleasure to. Look around.

Great Great GREAT! I live only 38 mins. away but never made the effort to drive here although I always meant to. Crazy Low prices. I only needed Ice blocks for my ice chest. They are Expensive Everywhere but no here! Sorry, Amazon, Ebay, Wal-Mart, Target and of course the Much hyped "YETI". This will be my go to place for cooler stuff from now on. thank You.

Don't scare after read out bad reviews actually they are so fast loading now , just came at appointment time they took only 1 hr. to floor load. All employes are nice and polite

Attached to Igloo's corporate office, the Factory Store went out of their way to get me the Grateful Dead Steal Your Face Daytripper. Saved me shipping fees, so well worth the drive to Katy. Small but well-stocked, with kind employees and sweet Igloo gear. Worth a visit for this cool native-Texas brand.

The store is very small with limited inventory. All the items are the basic igloo gears that we usually need. Eventhough there's not much to their options, the low prices offered is worth your drive.

The office staff could be a little more courteous and friendly. But the facility and grounds are nice and the warehouse needs better housekeeping. They have some excellent products,more than I thought they made. Forklift operators need better training I saw a lot of damaged products in the warehouse. Not good for their pocketbooks lots of waste on the company's part.

I was excited to see the factory. I'll be honest, I did try to sneak in. I was like oh hello im here for the tour. Receptionist wasn't having none of it. She was cool. Then I went to into the store. Looked around got some good product info from the salesman at the register. Very cool experience and the salesman was on point, he was very knowledgeable about my igloos and answered all my questions. Walked out with a mini playmate and matching 28qt latitude cooler with wheels.

Did a drop and hook. Check in at shipping and receiving office. Fill out a paper with some info on your load. They will hand you your paperwork. Drop your mty to the right. Locate your trailer and exit around the building on the opposite side.

First time going to their factory store. Good prices, and the staff was knowledgeable. Helped me find the ice chests that worked for my unique needs.

What a great stop, just off the highway! Great deals on all kinds of coolers, cups, cooler bags. Glad we stumbled upon it. We will definitely remember it for the future.

On site store for visitors and employees. Offers discounted priced Igloo products. Variety changes from week to week, so good idea to visit often to view different products, and often clearance prices. Usually there is one product that will be steeply lowered in price, which makes for a good opportunity to bulk shop for gifts. If you're in the area and have been wanting a new cooler for way cheaper than retail, give them a try!

I didn't know what to expect, but the store was great. It had a variety of Igloo products at really good prices. The store had coolers, lunch boxes /bags, ice packs, parts, and water bottles. They also had a selection of Igloo hats and shirts if you wanted to share your Igloo devotion with the world. On the more practical side there were cooler parts if you have a hinge or latch break on your favorite cooler. The price of the ice packs they had was fantastic and they had a variety of styles and sizes in stock. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Overall it's definitely worth a stop if you're in the market for a cooler or other Igloo product.

Great place to find some bargains on Igloo coolers. I saw one rotomold cooler that was marked down $40! I think it was a slow moving color. Go check it out if you need a cooler or just want to check it out.

Great prices. Not a lot of selection though, but good enough.
