Windsor helped us very well! They helped me pick out a beautiful dress for my daughter’s surprise sweet sixteens. Thanks to Nicole, Melany, Genesis, Mirella, and Logan. I’ll for sure come back to the store again to shop for more at Katy mills.

Nicole was very awesome helping me find out an outfit and the other girls Allyson and Mariah pitch in with their awesome ideas about the outfits that I was looking for me as well! Best store to be at! I will definitely come back and shop here! Best team working today on a Sunday! :)

Thank you Allyson for your attentiveness during my search for a Stylish jumper in mid-July. :) My Maryland family were visiting H-town and this Mall/ store is where I take them for EXCELLENT costumer service. Thanks Ladies (Mariah & Nicole) GIRL POWER!!!!

The ladies who work here are absolute angels! Coolest store manager ever. Co manager + associate were also awesome, super helpful and genuinely kind. Spent 3+hrs in the store with a friend trying on new to her styles.

My friend had massive anxiety about the process prior to walking in but Sasha’s warmth + friendliness was so easy to vibe with. Sasha + Nicole were giving encouraging feedback to her at every outfit change. When Tara’s shift began, she suggested adding a really neat belt completely out of what my friends style “was”. Ladies can definitely dress!

She was beyond grateful for their honesty + time. She now has updated clothing that look fantastic on her + her confidence boosted to where it should have been on any given day. For a girl whose wardrobe hasn’t had much change since the late 2000’s, the staff + merchandise available were a great intro into beginning to feel sexy + beautiful again. What we experienced was customer service I haven’t seen in such a long time.

Be open minded. Try something new. Have fun with an associate while you’re at it. If your size is unavailable it is able to be shipped free to your home or store. Convenience is amazing.

It was my first time shopping at Windsor and I bought a few items. Unfortunately the sales associate forgot to put my dresses in the bag (we were all busy chatting and trying to count money). They emailed me right away to notify me of the mistake, but by the time I had read the email, I already left and it was too late to go back. It was my second trip going to the outlet in a span of two days plus I had an event to go to and I had to fly out the next day as Im from out of the country. Unfortunately I could not go back as I was on a time crunch and where I was staying was a far drive to the outlet. At first I was really upset, but the sales associate/manager (Brytanie) went above and beyond and was able to deliver the dresses to my cousin’s house the same day (which was closer to the outlet). It was very kind of her and I really appreciate her taking the time out of her day to do that for me. I used to work in retail so I understand these things can happen, but they were very friendly and apologetic. Thank you Brytanie and the other sale associate for providing excellent service!

We received literally the best customer service out of any retail store I’ve been to. The store manager, Ronnie, was the most helpful and nicest manager I’ve ever met. After the Windsor in the Galleria refused to process my return, this Katy location went out of their way to help. Wish I could give a 6 star review!

While shopping for Homecoming dresses/ shoes, we had the most wonderful experience with Taya!! Not only was she knowledgeable, but she cared! I can’t thank her enough for her help! Kudos to Taya!!

Went to go look for a dress for my daughter. They had an amazing selection. The associate that helped us was amazing .She was friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. She is a great sales person .unfortunately I didn’t ask her name and I didn’t look at her name tag .

Today I walked into this store with my daughter, looking for homecoming shoes. The store was packed.
However, the two staff members with whom we interacted, where extremely nice and helpful.
