Misty Smitherman very nice salesman that made sure that she found me a boot .after driving to 2 Red Wings store that don't want to help me they all said the something look on line .. order off which is a joke the store in Arlington do it twice never get the boots. So I'm saying go see Misty. Very nice person. And she take good care of your boots need

Mike, the store manager, is helpful and very knowledgeable in using Red Wing's state-of-the-art machine in determining your foot size for a perfect fit. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and I will highly recommend this Red Wing Shoe store to my friends.

The product is amazing. The boots are worth they price. I am a truckdriver so have to wear steel toes boots. I get 2 years between purchases.
The manager is amazing. Micheal Rodgers knows his stuff. First time visit I told him what I needed he just sit there. Then he got up and said I know what you need. Came back with 2 pairs of boots. The second ones fit perfect.
So if you get a chance it is worth the visit.

The sells representative they was very cordial and knowledgeable, they are very friendly, and they did everything for me to get the right boots size, they are great, I highly recommend this place in Burleson for a visit, when you're looking for a new pair of shoes and a great service.

Mike is an amazing knowledge and personable salesperson with your satisfactory visit of utmost importance to him. They have some very high tech foot analysis equipment that really helped with my unique situation when choosing footwear. I highly recommend the Burleson Redwing store. My father went in today looking for some new work boots. He always runs into trouble because he wears a 14ee or a 15 and no place carries these sizes. Also he has wide ankles and high arches.
Cameron and tammie were the ones working today and went out of their way to help him. Listening to his problems he had with previous shoes and what he wanted and didnt want in a new boot. They raided the work room looking for every size 14 and 15 they had and paid close attention to his likes and dislikes. Not only did they find the perfect shoe for him but also helped him find insoles that would work for his line of work.
All in all it was a great experience and we found great shoes that were very affordable. Not only that, we got a 10%discount for being first time customers! This is where we will always bring our business for work shoes!

I went into this store in search of the Red Wing heritage Iron Ranger boots. I didn't see them on the shelves and figured my chances of finding them in Burleson were non-existent so I continued to browse the current stock of really nice boots. I was making small talk with Mike as he was talking me through boot selections and I kept giving him more and more input and the next thing I know he comes out of the back with the Iron Rangers and said these might interest you. HAHAHA man Mike bringing those out made my day. We continued to converse and all I can say is Mike is a very personable dude who is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store if your looking for boots.

This place they treat you right. It's like hanging out with an old friend right off Cameron is a good guy . I'm glad I came to this red wing because if I woulda guessed my size thinking it was a 9.5 I woulda gotten the wrong since I'm usually a 10 in sneakers. I was fitted to a size 9D. Per Cameron advice over the phone got there and sure was right . 9 fit perfect i even have space for thick socks .ended up picking the MOC toe 8890 and those are the best color in my opinion. Best customer service I ever had .I highly recommend getting sized. I usually wear 10 in Nike Jordan and 9.5 in vans old school and chucks

Had an issue with a relatively new pair of boots. Called and explained my issue. They ordered a new replacement pair and let me know when they came in. I appreciate Mike, in particular, stepping up and owning it. That's first class service!

My feet, knees and back have killing me. I am in construction and am on my feet 50% of the day. I'm tired of wearing slip on boots and needed a change, I was going through boots every 6-months. I don't care about the money more than I do being comfortable. I went in the Redwing location off Wilshire in Burleson and was greeted and received like a human instead of a commission. I stepped on the foot scanner and picked out lace up tennis shoes. Hands down these are the most comfortable footwear I've ever owned. Day 1 was a little different but by the second day I was sold 100% and will never look back. I have a saftey consultant and these tennis shoes are OSHA approved or at least for what I do. Check and make sure before you purchase but more than likely you are good to go. I should of taken pictures before they got dirty, I got in some mud today onsite. Happy walking...

Awesome experience, went with my boyfriend to find him the right boots for work. Cameron and Mike were so very helpful every step of the way, very accommodating in every aspect of our visit here, made sure we were comfortable, helped figure out what boots would be best for the kind of work he is in, and just all around great people. Definitely a 20/10 for us! Will be going back for new boots when needed and recommending to anyone looking to find a great pair of boots at a reasonable price.

My husband went here to purchase work boots. He has foot problems that make finding shoes that fit very difficult. We were greeted and attended by Mike, who was extremely courteous and knowledgeable in finding the right shoe and right fit. By the time my husband made and paid for his selection, even I was impressed with the level of service, knowledge, friendly courtesy and exemplary customer service we received. We definitely will be returning, and will absolutely recommend this place to any one looking to purchase work boots!

Mike was absolutely amazing! My husband has purchased three different shoes online from other places and none have been what we had been looking for so we decided to try going in to a store to see if we would have better luck and we are so glad we did. We were a little trigger shy and wanted to make sure we got something he would actually use and Mike was so patient and seemed like he genuinely cared. He asked lots of questions to make sure we left with the perfect shoe. He took the time to re measure his foot and when they didn’t have his size in the shoe we needed he ordered it and had it shipped and ready to pick up with in a day. Best service from a genuinely good guy! We won’t buy his work shoes anywhere else. Great service, great selection, and well made shoes. Mike, who was very pleasant and not at all pushy, listened to my needs and directed me away from a more expensive pair of boots to to one that was closer to my needs. Clearly, he was more interested in filling my needs than increasing his sales.
I have purchased countless $150 boots, but none have lived up to their promises. I have purchased from Red Wing because I have not heard from ANY dissatisfied customers.
Using his vast experience, he could see that the size that I initially suggested was 1/2 size too large. After he made the change, the boots were so comfortable that it felt like they were made for me.
I will be glad to offer another review in 6 months, after I have worked in them for 70 hours a week. I have no question, however, that my review will be equally stellar.

Mike was so kind, patient, and affable with me while I got my boots for work. We talked about the heritage line and my transition from Iron Rangers to work boots.
