This Lowe’s location has fantastic customer service. Even though others were waiting I still felt like my needs were important. Really appreciate it and this will definitely get me to come back and choose this store.

We were in search of upgrading our bathroom cabinets and Bob was there to help us throughout the whole process. He helped us so much finding a new sink and other items we were looking for. I really appreciate employees like Bob that enjoy helping their customers! Thank you Bob!

Absolutely incredible order stove yesterday. It's in place now, the very next morning by 11 o'clock.

I love the garden center! Look for the discounted plants or ones that don't look as healthy and they will discount them. You get some gresyy deals! Of course the store runs great deals ad well; I just happened to appreciate the garden center this time! Tucked back behind theTaco Bell off of main St.

Karen in appliances took great care of us. She was patience while we chose our appliances. Then we had a systems error when we checked out and she took it upon herself to call Lowes CC to get the problem resolved without me having to put in the effort to get it fixed. I absolutely love Lowe's! They go out of their way to have diverse plants and the things that one needs to keep their yard beautiful! The staff is always nice and helpful!

They gotten more cashiers today. They have lots of people to help you load stuff.

We randomly browse Lowes. Always researching a project or two.

Bought a zero turn mower from this Lowe’s. The older gentleman who helped us (forgot his name) knew his stuff so it helped us to make an informed decision.

First time going to Lowes. Home depot is usually out go to. But do to location we tried Lowes and we were not disappointed. Had everything wrong needed for our pool project. They have some wonderful outdoor patio furniture, plants and flowers.

Had a good experience until the end we were two women and bought flooring and I asked for help to carry out and the young man told us that it wasn't that heavy as Maury povich would say. "that was a lie". Lol

We ordered a hanging microwave for pickup. We were there about 10 minutes, we weren't in a rush. But, an employee came out to apologize for the wait and to let us know they were getting it ready. Which I felt he didn't need to do but we appreciated it. Another gentleman brought out the microwave and put it in our van for us. Even helped me move some things around to make it fit. Super helpful.

Whether at the Weatherford, Granbury, or Cleburne stores, Lowe's is always clean, well organized and the staff always acknowledge your presence.

Went to purchase specific items. Checked online to see if available...each item that was "in stock" actually was there in the numbers described on the Lowe's site!

This Lowes is one of my favorites...Especially when it comes to online orders . They do a awesome job.This location is heads and tails above the Store in Waco.I live between Cleburne and Wace and I drive a little further to Cleburne but it worth it.

I ordered a Kobalt workbench tool box at the Waco store and after waiting a week and a half find out I could keep waiting , they found the two box in cleburne Texas The folks in cleburne when I went to pick up the toolbox are so friendly and courteous when they went outside to help me load my toolbox that had more people than they needed that would not have happened at the Waco store they need to get it together.
