Alex and Roshina in PICU are extraordinary nurses. They were extremely knowledgeable and compassionate with my dad's need. We are extremely appreciated with the care they provided for my dad while he was alive. They were constantly checking on him, telling us what they were doing when they came in the room. the empathy they showed toward us meant a lot. My dad was very sick and passed away but the compassion they showed towards my mother a few days before he passed was extraordinary. We will for ever be grateful to them and they rest of the extraordinary nurses they have there.
Yes, the hospital needs improvements in some areas, some employees need to have more compassion, good bed manners, empathy but those nurses/employees that go above and beyond make a difference there.

My daughter had hey baby last night nurse Shana was the nurse that was assigned to her she was amazing she took great care of my daughter and made sure she was comfortable during her delivery. If I could cover her ten stars I would she was just that awesome. This was my first time coming to this hospital the way Shana took care of my daughter I will definitely make this my hospital

You all made a difficult night for me easier, and also helped guide me to the right specialists for follow-up. I couldn’t be more grateful to you all!

Great experience at MHMCH. All of my nurses (pre-cert, pre-op, OR, post-op, recovery) were really wonderful. My anesthesiologist was warm and accommodating. The facility was nice and clean. The food was really VERY good! I was shocked. It’s been many many years since I was in a hospital for anything major, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Very happy with my stay. Excellent care takers!

First time at this hospital had the best experience with customer / sale rep service today everyone in every department was so friendly and helpful esp. Solomon on ortho floor 11 and Noel Nash in day surgery but everyone along the way too

My mother was admitted to a room after I brought her to the ER, so I was fortunate enough to spend three long weeks visiting her at this hospital. I still take her today for her chemotherapy.

All the nurses, techs, doctors, and other staff have been exceptional. They moved quickly to diagnose my mom and perform surgery. They treated her with respect and kindness. They are extremely patient and hardworking. I couldn’t ask for better people to take care of my mom.

Getting around the hospital can be confusing at first, but I now know it like the back of my hand. I’ve had no problems with parking as the garages are free and they have plenty of spaces. The only real downside is the food they serve in the cafeteria. I’d bring a meal from home if you need one. There’s also plenty of restaurants nearby.

I would like to thank Kelly from the sleep study. She was so patient with my daughter and explained everything about the process and answer every question I had about it. Thanks Miss Kelly I didn't get your full name. Very good hospital very clean. It was a very nice experience.

I had to have a surgical procedure there and was inpatient for 2 days. The nurses Mercy and Theresa were awesome, as were the other staff that tended to me.

I’m posting about the wonderful service we received by our nurse William Jones in the Emergency Room. My daughter was hard stick and sure enough he was able to put and IV in the 1st try. He was patient and kind the entire night. Also the doctor on staff was quick and professional and kind. Thank you guys for being so wonderful

Recently I had my baby, and the whole process was great! My L&D nurse Amanda was amazing!! She was really kind and helpful! She made me feel really comfortable in the process. My postpartum nurse Zahra was great, really helpful the first postpartum hours, she made sure that the baby and I were good! My OBGYN Veronica Hurtado was awesome! The delivery was fast and smooth! The rest of the staff was great! I feel very bless for the good experience that I had!

I Had A Stroke October 27, 2023. They Saved My Life. The Staff Was Awesome! The Nurses Was Polite And Etc! They Really Care About There Patients.

I will be having my baby at this hospital in a few months. I hope all goes well because the reviews are not the best so it has me worried. However, I will come back with any updates on here and either change my rating or keep it the same. We'll see.

They have saved my husband s life 3:plus times

From the moment I walked in until the minute I was wheeled out after my knee surgery the staff was friendly, caring, courteous and professional. Every step of the way was explained to me and every question I asked was answered with attention and detail. Even my pre-Admit appointment went flawlessly and put me at ease. I would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else in Houston! Exceeded my every expectation!!!!

My wife delivered our baby here a couple of weeks ago. I can't think of how ob/gyn and health care in general can get any better than what we experienced. To our nurses: Haley and Sara, we will never forget you, and thank you for everything you do. Our doctors, recovery nurses, lactation consultants, nutritionists, and housekeeping were wonderful as well. We will absolutely come back in case we decide to have another child in the future. ❤🙌🏼
