Bubble Egg

Long wait after you order (as most bubble eggs), but you know it's worth it because it takes time to make the waffle FRESH. Love this place so highly recommended getting the combo of the bubble cone and a drink so you can sip as you wait. So delicious! My mom absolutely loves it so we are so sad they closed down the heights location. That was our go to dessert place when it opened a few years ago.

The ice cream was so savory! And i loved the bubble cone concept. The cones are made fresh, took some time to bake but it was totally worth it!

It takes a little while for your waffles to be ready, but it's definitely worth the wait. These sweet (or savory, if you prefer) treats are always well-made and incredibly satisfying. They have a good variety of ice creams and toppings if you want to "design" your own bubble waffles, but they also have some great "premade" choices to choose from. It's easy to customize them how you like.

Looking for something sweet in the Katy Asian market area this place is great! We decided to go and get some yummy treats and it was great! The atmosphere is nice, employees were friendly, it was clean. Fun place to go and hangout.

The moment you walk into this cafe, the smell of the waffles tantalizes you to just want to eat here. The service was fantastic despite being busy. They were really kind enough to let us know in advanced that it would take about 10 minutes for the waffles to be ready. It was so worth the wait. Waffles in double chocolate base with pecan filling, topped with vanilla ice cream was what we ordered and it was delicious!! They have made to order waffles and ready menus too. Highly recommend for a snack.

So good! Lots of yummy options. Will definitely be back to try more. The staff did a great job. I was impressed by their customer service. Brian was very helpful and patient, and Josh and Connie were working fast. They did a great job, especially for how busy it got.

I had a sweet, delicate, delicious explosion in my mouth! I can have waffles all day everyday! They have great combinations for a reasonable price. I had the Jasmine ice cream with almonds waffle, which I highly recommend. The service was friendly & attentive.

Update: I still love coming here very much, but their employees are different and not as social. And the price of their ice cream went up a lot! Used to be around $2.75 per scoop, and now it's $3.95 for one and scoop and $7.00 for two scoops. $5.25 for 2 jumps up to $7.00. And their milk tea used to be inexpensive as well, but now charge the same amount as everywhere else. They used to be like $3.50! Maybe a year and a half ago. I understand prince changes, but damn that's a lot!

I always love coming here when I want some milk tea with Boba. Sometimes they have limited flavors like the rose milk tea, which is my favorite, other than the original black milk tea. It is a good price, and you pay a bit extra for the Boba if you want it. I love their chicken tenders and waffles - best waffles ever! Not they type to put syrups on, just plain and with chicken. It's never been busy when I go there, so my orders are always ready within a few minutes and super fresh. The employees are also very nice 😊

I've heard word of this wonderful place across states and finally had the chance to try it out myself. The cashier and the owner are very kind and the food/drinks were yummy! I had the number three ,Strawberry Good, with the Green Tea ice cream. The waffle cones texture did not have the traditional honey comb shape, but almost like a bubble wrap texture. I thought it was really cool ! The texture was splendid and different and made the experience more enjoyable to eat. The batter itself was well balance in flavor. It was not extremely sweet nor too crisp. It was just right. It held balance in structure, but was also soft as well. The contrast of the cone and the ice cream played well together. The ice cream itself was a creamy delight. I would have never thought that green tea would work as a ice cream flavor, but overall everything exceeded my expectations. The presentation was amazing as well. Not only was the taste enjoyable, but the appearance was beautiful as well. Bubble Egg is a splendid store and a wonderful treat as well for family and friends!

Tried out this place and it is delicious! The chocolate ice cream is amazing and the toppings are great too! I got one of their specialty waffle cones with ice cream and toppings. It was great but a bit too sweet for me. Next time I might not get the waffle cone. The box is cute but hard to eat the ice cream at the bottom. Kids got the ice cream in a cup and they loved it! Small place, fast service, clean, delicious. Definitely try this place!

I was pleasantly surprised by how yummy this place is. Sure, ice cream is never "bad," but this was pretty excellent! The bubble "cone" is crispy, with a little chew, AND you can get them filled! We got chocolate chips which was magic! Every little bubble was filled with melted chocolate, a bubble wrap dream. We got birthday cake ice cream, and it was great! They actually had blue birthday cake icing swirled in! The ice cream was high quality, and had that great stretch that makes it SO creamy! I was really impressed w/ the service and the atmosphere too. We will definitely visit again, as I would love to try some of their savory offerings, or a breakfast bubble egg! Think of the bubble egg shell like a waffle! They also had chicken and waffles, and waffle fries!

Absolutely delicious! I love how light the bubble waffle is- I added strawberry cheesecake ice cream with fresh strawberries on top and condensed milk drizzle. My daughter got the one with fruity pebble ice cream- also amazing. So good! Will for sure be back.

LOVE this place! The ice cream is so creamy and delicious and I don’t think you could go wrong with anything you choose! The fruit toppings were fresh and I love the variety of toppings that are offered. The aesthetic of the place is also very good for pictures!

Manager (i’m assuming) is sooo adorable and so lovely. She was super helpful and understanding. I stay closer to Tomball, but now that I know this place exists, I definitely have reason to come to Katy more. Alsoo, the atmosphere had a comfortable spirit to it.

Delicious waffles! We've had savory and sweet dishes here and loved them! The service is always friendly and they have a huge variety of drinks, too.

Cute interior. We got the cookie & cream waffle served coffee flavor ice cream topped with oreo cookie and mochi. I love to peel the waffle bubble and pop it in my mouth. Next time I will try the savory version.

Sooooo delicious! I went with their menu & got GO Bananas & added strawberries to it. You can choose your ice cream flavor. There’s also create your own Bubble Egg waffle option, fruit and milk teas, coffee and slushes 💗 Overall, it’s AMAZING, w/huge menu, clean, & cute place 🙂

This was my first time here and it was very quick with service! I really liked the fresh fruit toppings and the amount they give you, plenty to share between two people! Everything is very clean and organized, there was no line to stand in and was served quickly. I recommend coming here for dessert or a snack.

I love their Bubble Egg and fruit drinks. They never disappoint anytime I come here. The consistency has been the same every time I come to this place.
