12:30 on Sunday, July 23rd. I was pulling out of the Shell Station on 99 (Grand Parkway) just south of Franz and had to cross 3 lanes to head south. Light was red, no traffic moving and there was a large gap in the traffic in front of one of their ambulances. Again, all traffic was at a standstill and going nowhere due to a red light. I pulled out and attempted to cross in front of the ambulance when he pulled forward, attempting to block me and turned on his siren! I would expect that kind of behavior from a sixteen year old, but not from a medical professional entrusted with the publication well being. Such a childish, arrogant, unprofessional jackass.

Leaving our home for a doctor appointment, my mom and I realize we are blocked in our driveway by the longest fire truck (with an electric lift/ladder) from this station. We are the last house on a cul-de-sac in Williamsburg Settlement. There was also a car parked in the cul-de-sac. The owner offered to move the car but was informed the driver was in training and needed to learn how to maneuver the situation and not to move it. 15-minutes (and not exaggerating) and a torn-up centered island later, the truck starts down the street...leaving a huge, nasty, muddy mess; very deep ruts engulfing the entire side, not stopping to assess or reassure anyone it would be fixed. My mom stops them to ask who would be fixing the mess left behind and was informed by an EMT that he would take a look at it. We are already late for our appointment so she continued, saying that was fine, but “who” would be fixing and cleaning up the cul-de-sac? He replied, defensively, that he said he’d take a look at it. She said he could look at it all he wanted, but we needed to know who was going to actually fix it. He said if needed, he’d report it. She informed him that she would be doing the same, to which he replied, “You do whatever you feel you need.”. This dialogue occurred halfway up the street from our home. We find out when we get back home that he told the owner of the car parked in the cul-de-sac that she wasn’t even supposed to be parked there, which was actually parked at the edge of it. She was visiting from Arizona—which is only once a year—Christmas. What a tool this guy is. His initials are Q.H.—and he is in dire need of manners and a class in speaking to “the public” as a representative of the organization that works to save/protect “the public”. Very disappointed and will be waiting for a reply.
