I go here with my kids all the time! I personally am less than helpful when it comes to gaming/games. My peeps at gamestop tho!? Always super helpful and make sure the kids know what they're looking for and that it's appropriate and that they aren't wasting their money on something they wouldn't enjoy. Top Notch employees 👏

The customer service at this GameStop location is absolutely amazing, and I had a wonderful shopping experience while visiting there recently. Nick is a great example of a perfect employee, since he was exceptionally courteous and professional the very moment I set foot into the store. He made sure to provide a quick response to any questions that I had, while making sure that I was getting the best deal possible for my trade-ins and purchases.

TLDR: I really enjoyed shopping at this GameStop, especially because of Nick's customer service, and I look forward to stopping by again in the near future.

I might spell his name wrong but Brody was very helpful , he went Above beyond on customer service expectations. I went to gamestop and purchased a Xbox elite series 2 controller. I also purchased the warranty just in case anything happened. The back triggers started jamming and I've been trying too use the warranty but can't get a controller because they don't send refurbished controllers. So i have yet to receive a replacement. With that being said my 5 stars are for Brody not gamestop. Brody has tried his best to get this issue resolved. Let's hope gamestop is able to get this one together.

I’ve been going to this location for many years and Nick, the manager, is the real deal! Such an awesome person to work with and super knowledgeable! Highly recommend this location!

After my son’s PS4 quitting on me with no warranty, the manager helped me find a used system for my son, to save from dishing out lots of money for a brand new system. Walked me through how to use it since we were switching to Xbox, and when I had issue syncing the controller, he was patient on walking me through the process. I am not a gamer, so anything he said was new news to me. I appreciate all the information and help he gave, with me coming to the store 3 times for assistance.

Nick is indisputably the best employee, not just at GameStop, but one of the greats among customer service employees. He's super polite, patient, and will happily look into finding extra information pertaining to your purchase or trade-in games to save you more money or get you more store credit. The store has a nice atmosphere when it's not too busy, and there's plenty to see while you're waiting for your turn in line.

I've been a regular customer for this store for years and have nothing but great things to say about it. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful (especially the store manager Nick) and have always treated me like family. I 100% recommend shopping here for all your gaming needs.

Sarah was a huge help at finding all the "cool pokemon" stuff my youngest loves so much! Nick is always kind and helpful every time I come in! Great staff!

Great customer service and always remembers who you are and game prferences. With a few questions they recommend games that are fit for you. The manager here really wants to help. Ive had several conteollers that have went bad and they always replace them with a receipt with a smile. Cheap games and lots of fun.

Great service and good selection. The employees there are efficient and hospitable. They always have the games or accessories we need for a good price. This store stays busy.
