I work at HEB and it is a wonderful place to work. Unfortunately I had someone come through as a customer that decided to make false claims about me.. this has happened one other time to my knowledge with a female on two occasions (who purposely chose to have me do their order not long after the first day to complain again) in that situation I knew that this person chose me as their scorn. even though I took my time with their order both times, even more so the second time. It has happened again but with someone I don't even remember. I would never shove or push something at a customer for them to put away ever... That doesn't make sense to me because it's not my job. They may grab items to put away if they wish that are ready to go but it's my job to assist them and I do so expectedly. This person had a problem but it wasn't my being so darn rude they should feel the need write about it and I didn't push their item at them to put away. I treat everyone with kindness even though I struggle with social anxiety and so my greetings etc might be short
& sweet. I still think I put forth the right effort to show all customers care because that's actually me. I think I might even socialize more with the customers than some of my co workers do -despite my anxiety- because I like to share good energy.. I like others to be happy. That's why I enjoy working in customer service and do it well! Anyways come shop at HEB or apply to work here!! If people stay relatively happy with themselves you won't regret it. 🤔❤

OMG this is my favorite grocery store, I have to drive over 2 hours to get to the closest one to our town ! I go for the coffees, Taste Of Texas, H.E.B. brand. It is amazing!!

HEB quality with attention to who the customers are and what they buy. I’ve never been here and walked out thinking “Now I have go to… to get…” I always find what I’m looking for and more. The staff is helpful and great to interact with. Sometimes I see things and make a mental note so I can make less stops next shopping trip 😎

Roxy, the new curbside employee really went out of her way to go the extra mile and to be very friendly and caring! In addition, items were ready on time as always, service was great, and groceries were excellent!

They had the vegetable that I was looking for, and it was very fresh. When I got to the register to checkout, the cashier was very friendly. I'm so happy that I could find the things that I needed. Great job!

Great place to shop, HEB on Frazier st. Huge place. I love it because they have everything. I thing I love about HEB is their Meats brand, all their products brand are less expensive and great quality. Fresh fresh vegetables and fruits.

Their fruit and vegetables are the best. Workers are so friendly and I am so glad that each register has a packer.

HEB people are always nice and helpful.

We LOVE our H-E-B! The staff is friendly and helpful, the number of local and Texas made goods stocked is unmatched, and they are a valuable community asset. When disasters like hurricanes strike, H-E-B trucks and staff are usually the FIRST people there to help feed and care for people, and that alone has won them my business and support.

Love this store for the fresh meals ready to eat, pork egg rolls are great.

The store is very well stocked, clean, the employees are very friendly.
It was a short visit but I will definitely come back.

I've been here a few times and it seems to be a good location. It's a little packed with people but the store is always clean and the employees and mgr is always standing around to assist when needed. There's also balloons, flowers and a Starbucks so that's cool. When I came here last there was a woman security guard and she was really cool and socialized a bit with me. It's awesome when the employees make you feel comfortable and actually talk to you instead of the usual how is your day or have a nice day or even come back to see us.

I placed an order yesterday for next day delivery. This morning I hurt my wrist really bad, so I called their curbside (they were already shopping for me) and explained what happened, cause I had to cancel almost half of my order of fresh produce (I was planning on cooking quite a bit). The girl from curbside who took my call this morning was so nice and so friendly, she even sent me a "Get Well Soon" balloon with the delivery person. I love my HEB. Hopefully her supervisor will see this review and reward her somehow for me. She made my day!

Good heb store has most basic things from a grocery store.

Heb has the best produce. My kids even notice if the veggies I cooked are from there or not . That says all you need to know.
