Furniture plaza

I just moved into town and needed new furniture. I found this place and the experience was amazing! The people up front were very nice and were able to guide me to exact pieces I was looking to purchase based off a vague description. The prices were very fair and the furniture arrived quickly. Definitely going back in few months to purchase a few extra pieces for my home.

The process was super easy. I went in to look around first..customer service was great! I went home and completed forms on line. The next day the items I needed were ordered and picked them up the next morning. I chose to pick up the mattress set myself to save on delivery fee( which is only thing that seemed to be priced to high). I will definitely go back for my living room furniture.

I just want to share my amazing experience I had at this store. I moved to this city about 6 months ago and I had shopped at many furniture stores around Dallas but each of them did not have what I wanted nor the passion to help me find the perfect living & bedroom set. This place opened up brand new near me and were extremely helpful in showing me my options and also asking me what my budget was without trying to shove the most expensive set in my face. Their customer service was great when it came to delivery and they really helped me when it came to financing. Last but not least, their prices are honestly really affordable compared to most places and they are willing to help you in every way possible. Most places let you know its a two month turn around time to get your furniture into your home but they were pretty quick knowing that I was living without furniture at the moment. I really recommend this place if you are looking for amazing service, fast delivery, and phenomenal prices.

In all honesty, this is by far the best retail furniture store I’ve been too. My family and I just recently moved down here and they where our first stop, the staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us pick out everything we needed to furnish our new home and everything was priced amazing! They also offer In house financing which was very convenient and simple!! Thank you guys so much!! HIGHLY recommended!

Wilson was very helpful and quick. I looked up what I wanted online first and when I got to the store he brought me right to it. He answered all of my questions and presented me with several payment options. And I was able to complete the entire process in less than an hour.

I never write reviews but I felt like I owed these guys after how much they helped me. I just moved into a new home and was struggling to fill it up. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. They have a great selection with a lot of verity. You can’t go wrong with this place, I highly recommend checking it out.

Inventory is pretty nice, I got myself a bedroom set and used the payment plan. Pretty easy, will come back for the living room setup soon! :)
