PSC Pharmacy

PSC pharm is amazing. They are super responsive. They even reply to texts!!! And so good. My medicine often has supply issues and they put in extra effort to search to find it somewhere so I can have it. I first went to them for a specialty medicine but now get all my Rxs there even though I live in the Galleria! Finally, I had some trouble getting a coupon card to go through and paid full price-they (Carol) proactively called me the next day to tell me they drug company had fixed the issue and they were able to get me refund. They are awesome. Highly recommend!

This place treats you like a human with hello, good morning,afternoon not another next in line approach. It must have been the 2nd or third trip in and they greeted me by my name. Nobody likes getting a prescription filled and waiting to be called up to the window. They work with insurance and cash price plus they will deliver your prescription. Please stop in and see what a true pharmacy should be.

The pharmacists here are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly approachable. The service is great; the staff is super friendly and efficient every time.

This pharmacy is AMAZING!! I originally got my daughters prescription sent to my Walgreens and they said it was going to cost around $500! I called her dermatologist and they sent it to PSC pharmacy. This pharmacy called me right away and said her medication would cost $65 with a fancy coupon. I was so relieved! I think I spoke to a girl named Jessica who was very kind and checked me out super easily and I also had questions about my daughters medication so I was consulted by pharmacist right away and got my questions answered. Bless her heart I forgot her name but she was the sweetest thing ever! I just got her medication just a few days after in the mail. Super great experience, they treat you with excellence! I would recommend this to anyone 100 times better than going to any retail pharmacy.

This pharmacy is fantastic, can't say it enough. I needed my medication on short order and before I had gotten home from the doctor I had already been connected by the pharmacy letting me know my prescription was ready. When I went to pick up my medication the pharmacist came out from behind the counter and took the extra time to advise me on the medication. This is the type of service we all deserve highly recommend this place.

I have not been there in person but they are fantastic on the phone. I actually got disconnected from them while trying to get a medication refilled and they called me back. They left a voicemail that I didn't see and followed up again by calling me and I am really grateful with the person on the phone for being so helpful and thorough.

This pharmacy provides a really good experience with ordered prescriptions. My dermatologist recommended them, and they had a very seamless, efficient process for getting my information that they needed through text. After that, I have accessed my refills with them through NimbleRx which has been an easy process. They ship to you, and I have had a great result every time.

Plus the bag that the medication comes in is so cute!

I have been stressing over a prescription needed for my face for 3 days, and probably 5-6 hours on the phone. Manufacture savings card changed their terms and no longer help cash pay people. The cream was going to cost $600+ at H.E.B. Called my doctor at 4:15, freaking out. They called back at 4:54 and said we sent your prescription to PSC it will cost about $100. Called PSC direct at 4:57 spoke to the pharmacist, she instantly calmed me, told me the price would only be $60. Now my blood pressure is going down, I am not stressed. I'll enjoy my weekend. I didn't get the pharmacist name, but she was VERY nice. My prescription will be in Monday (it's Friday at 5) I can pick up or have it delivered next day free! Definitely recommend them !

If I could give this Pharmacy 10 stars I would. I have been using them for different prescriptions over the past couple of years. The staff is always going above and beyond to help with the best experience. The want to help with getting the best price and the prescription delivered quickly. Usually same or next day. My most recent experience the Pharmacist actually delivered it herself that evening knowing we were pressed with time on getting it. Cant say thank you enough to this wonderful Pharmacy!!!

Wonderful establishment! My derm sent my prescription there, and at first I skeptical and nervous about the price from a non-chain pharmacy. However, my skepticism and nervous were unfounded. The pharmacist and staff here called to tell me the price and I was aghast at how low the price was. They made sure to apply coupons they had from manufacturer to make it as low as possible. They shipped it and it got to me early Monday morning. So grateful to have found this gem and will recommend others to request their prescriptions here.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy! My dermatologist sent a less common medication here to be filled, and it was delivered to my house across the city the following day. I called in recently to refill it, and the process was just as easy. The people on the phone are friendly and efficient as well. Highly recommend!

The employees there are wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, and so courteous. Samuel is outstanding! He had to order my prescription and when it arrived the next day, he drove over to my house on his way home and delivered it to me. THAT is exceptional service. I wish all pharmacies were as efficient as this one and all employees were like Samuel!

Had difficulty finding it due to no signage, once i found it, I was pleasantly surprised to find a busy, nice pharmacy inside this unmarked building. People were very nice and helpful

This pharmacy is wonderful! They provide excellent communciation for all medications, home delivery of prescriptions and good ole customer service each time we have used them. Amy, one of the pharmacists aided us in resolving our former insurance claims of over $1,000 and we ended up paying $0. She knew the in's and out's the insurance company was working for us and she was spot on in getting it handled. Having a pharmacist who cares and goes above and beyond what is called of them is a gem of a find now a days! Thank you PSC Pharmacy for the excellent customer service for all your clients.

I place order over phone, it is always a pleasure to complete my order in few minutes and receive medicine through FedEx next day. No standing in line or dropping off/picking up from pharmacy drama.

Staff is so friendly and helpful, and they always manage to get scripts filled and delivered to my home so fast... CVS should really take notes from these guys.

I can definitely depend on the pharmacy to contact me after my doctor sends over the scripts. They also deliver which is a plus when you live in Houston TX! 😂🤷🏽
