We came across Greenbusch due to compounding needs for our baby and have been their clients fore a little bit over a year and a half.

I have to say their customer service is what you wish you encounter in any business you visit. They are extremely diligent when it comes to handling your requests such as reaching out to Doctors office for refill requests, rushing your prescription in emergency cases (i.e: traveling and forgetting your kid’s medicine needed refill).

They are a call away and they will reach out back to you if they said so

Sweetest and most caring staff. Amy and Sylvie are the most caring pharmacists and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. If you have a health condition that requires a speciality medication or a health condition that requires an uncommon medication regimen that a retail pharmacy can’t order or a retail pharmacist would just say “NO”, this is who you call! They understand medication as pharmacists of course, but more importantly, they understand the patient. These ladies care and that’s so hard to find.

I would recommend Greenbusch Pharmacy to anyone without a second thought! I drive 45 minutes to Greenbusch Pharmacy for my prescription and the peace of mind I have is 100% worth it.

They are amazing. They always have my daughter's prescriptions on time even if I request them on a short notice. They are friendly and very professional. They go above and beyond to help. I forgot to pick up a prescription before they closed for the holidays, and Silvi, the pharmacist, came all the way to my house to deliver it so that my baby wasn't without it through the weekend. I am grateful to have found such a great compounding pharmacy.

Had our new insurance deny our babies prescription pending a 3-5 day appeal and were completely out, Greenbusch pharmacy saved the day with a very reasonable cash price for a compounded version same day! They also beat their estimated time by about an hour. Fast, friendly, good prices!
