New to the area and unneeded a new vet for my 10year old pug. They were super kind and I didn’t feel rushed out the door. They em took the time to explain everything to me. They did not try and sell or force anything on me that I did not need. They gave me options and also took the time to explain the medications I was given and why the medications prescribed were the best fit for our situation. They took the time to show and explain to me how to administer the medications as well. The Veterinarian had years of experience and very knowledgeable explaining what was going on with my pug and possible causes. The technician was also so kind and helpful and really cared about me and the pug. Very comforting. Another great aspect of this well established clinic is they are affordable and they give you options of what everything will cost giving me the option to choose what I could afford. Letting me know which procedures needed to be done to get my pug well and then letting me know what items could wait until another time. I will only be using them Freon now on.

We've been clients of Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital for almost 2 years, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and the doctors are truly wonderful. Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital treats us like family and provides excellent care for our fur babies! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional veterinary care.

My Bichon was severely bitten at a local doggie day care. When I arrived the team was ready to take action in treating my dog. Time was critical to evaluate the seriousness of the injuries. Ultimately his injuries required transporting to a trauma center "VEG" off 99/ Highland Knolls. He spent 2 days in the ER. My dog is home now and its expected to be fully recovered within the next 3 months or so. But I'm grateful for the quick response from the team at CRVH.

Awesome customer and quality service. Thanks doctor Hibler and staff who solved the emergency I had with my dog Nico early in the morning. I can thank them enough for save my pup life. Highly recommended!!

Becky is hands down the best groomer. She loves my dog as if her own. She takes such good care of all the animals. Although we didn't see a vet this time, they are top notch!

Fantastic visit. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. Tech and vet were great! Very little wait and smooth visit. I really like that they are open to alternative treatments and willing to look into them rather than just say not good. Thank you for a great first visit! We will be back with all our fur kids!

I want to say my experience with my dog at this facility was amazing. The staff were friendly and honest. We will be returning again for my dog’s routine check up.

We abruptly changed vets and they were so accommodating to fit us in same day. They were so patient and kind to my boy who has lots of anxiety in new environments and new faces. They were way more thorough than our previous place and I’m glad I stumbled upon this gem of a place. Dr. Brown and her team made us feel comfortable in the change.

I rarely write reviews however when it comes to my dog…. I will. Visiting from another city it’s important to me to have a relationship with a vet as my pup is elderly and combatting some minor age related issues. The staff at this facility are just amazing. From the initial scheduling to the intake and the appointment were phenomenal. Doc was attentive as were the techs. I trust few with the care of my baby, I’ve found my new vet in Houston.

Been coming to this vet office for about a year now. They treated our puppy since he was 3 months old and our almost 2 year old . Great service, clean location, helpful employees and they are very patient with the dogs. Recently did a spay and they took care of our girl, nice clean incision, she’s always terrified of the vets office but they were very calm and patient with her . Dr.Brown was very okay with us waiting until our girl turned 2 for a spay! Highly recommend.

Dr. HIBLER and his staff truly are the best! They have been our family’s Veterinarian since 2007 and to us they are a part of our family. Dr Hibler has been with us during the happy times and arrivals of our dogs as puppies, and through the worst times when we have had to say goodbye to our beloved dogs at the end of their life. Dr Hibler has been the only veterinarian we have thought of, and trusted implicitly with the care of our most loved pets.

Once again, a great experience at Cinco Ranch Vet Hospital. Dr. Longshore was great with my 16 year old Cat who is not easy to deal with. Catherine, the vet tech is one of only 2 i will trust with her as they know how to deal with her. The other techs get a bit too rough IMO and it causes her to get more frustrated.

Overall great care. Thanks for taking care of my "kids!"

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is exceptionally clean. We were able to get an appointment with ease. The appointment was fast. Everything was straight to the point! We're happy and will be back.

Cinco Ranch Vets was able to get my dog in immediately when I called them about a puncture wound she sustained from another dog attacking her. Top notch service and concern for my dog, and the entire staff is very professional, understanding, and caring. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best experience I have had with a vet in some time. Everyone was very caring and explained what I needed to do with Mollie. They have a new client now and I have recommended them to my neighbors.

I came here after my cat had been attacked by a dog. I am not a regular client as I don’t live in the area, but they were able to get me into a room and have my cat looked at ASAP. They were very helpful and caring during a stressful time.

Our Havanese dog is a patient of Dr. Hibler. Our dog is very sensitive to some of the vaccinations. We really appreciate Dr. Hibler ‘s care and expertise in devising ways to ensure our dog is safe. Thank you Dr. Hibler and staff!

This is an amazing team. From reception to techs to grooming to the vets, always great customer service & care. And it may be the only vet clinic around that always smells and is clean everywhere!
