I like banking with this company .
Great for business . and i had the best experience banking with them for the past eight years .

I like their services. The staff is polite and very cooperative. They render all kind of help to the customers.

I have been banking with southwestern bank in Austin for almost 6 years,they have phenomenal customer Service manager and staff is friendly and competent.

Security

This bank just lost a potential client and referral. Oppressed parking setup.

OMG, the worse bank ever! I walked to the door and the security guard stops me and asks if I have an account. When I say no and I'm there for other business he says he can't let me in. Like he is literally sitting and blocking the door. I state I'm there to cash a check from a company that I just started working with and he says they won't cash it unless I have an account. He also stated the door stays locked at all times unless he unlocks it. I asked how many banks he been to that was like such and he said he just works there.

This place is awful. The stupid security guard here is a joke, and stands outside to monitor the spot for the bank manager. There is something going on there.... but anyways they have signs stating two or so of the spots are just for bank clients, which is fine many places have that. But this unmarked spot apparently is marked and reserved only for the bank manager, whatever, she probably could use the walk if she is taking parking from the bank goers or from other establishments. He was rude and unfriendly about the whole matter, and you cannot do that! Sure they are funneling your money somewhere too, most banks do not need a security guard watching your parking spot....

Awful service. Extremely unorganized. Go somewhere else.
