i always go here for alterations and dry cleaning and they are always perfect and so sweet! They do as asked and provide service within a reasonable amount of time and the prices are very reasonable too :)

I took a fairly new sweater to this cleaners because I wanted to wear it to a funeral out of town. The night before I wore it to an event where there was lots of smoking so I wanted to get that smell out. I was supposed to pick the sweater up the next day but got so busy I forgot and had to pick it up on my way to the airport and I didn't check it. When I prepared to wear it the next day my beautiful jet black sweater was filled with wavy or curly reddish brown hair. The sweater was no longer jet black but was like a off black grayish color. It also had red lint balls on it. So of course I couldn't wear it. When I returned home I tool it back to the cleaner to show the lady and she didn't seem to care and stated she doesn't know what happened. I requested my money back but she just handed me another ticket saying she requested a redo. I asked her when to come back she just shrugged her shoulders saying not sure but maybe a few days. I want back a few times that week and it wasn't back. The next week I had to wait 3 more days after i stated i wanted my money for the cleaning and the sweater. Finally the sweater came back and looked the same color but most of the hair was off but there was still some on it. I told her I didn't want the sweater and I wanted my money. She said she would let them know but she doubt it and number but no one called me. I went there again and she stated the owner would not give me a refund or money for my sweater. I left the sweater and told her they would hear from me. The sweater was not very expensive but it was the principal. I am not going to go through court but i am going to leave a review everywhere i can. DON'T ISE THIS CLEANERS!!!

Yesterday after supporting this cleaners for more than 20 plus or minus 2. I experienced the worst customer service of my life. I was only stating it is good customer service to know your long term customer and the manager stated she don't have to know me and then stated I always give her trouble. This was the first conversation I was ever had with this person other than just turning in clothes and picking up clothes. I asked for the manager name and number stated her is not going give it and I then stated to have them call me since I have done business with them so long and never had any disagreements with anyone else just this one person whom I don't know other than walking in dropping off clothes. Thought about how bad of experienced I had and then requested managers other location since she originally volunteered this info and manager then threaten to call the police for just politely asking for information she already was willing to give me. Owner did not call me so I could explain my encounter.

Horrible customer service. The Hispanic lady (the so called manager) is unpleasant. If you don't like your job, don't work there. It's not our fault that's the best you could do for a job. We still deserve good service. And don't expect them to have your close done fast. They have an off site truck that takes your clothes to a different locatio to get done. They will not be done the next day and they over charge and are not fair people. They say one thing and then charge another. I will never be back.

I had went in about a month ago and they did alterations on one of my dresses, then I go today for another dress and the same lady who did my alterations the first time said that they couldn’t do alterations because the person who does them wasn’t there. I asked if she knew when they would be in and she said she didn’t know. Very rude about it too.

Brought a simple pair of jeans in to move a button in the front they not only did not move the button but they moved the whole zipper and made a mess of my jeans I didn’t notice it until I was walking out when I turned and asked the lady in charge what it was about she said I requested it there was no way I would request it I couldn’t wear the jeans at all. They were completely ruined!! The tailor then came out of the back room when he heard the lady yelling at me and he also joined in with her yelling at me. They took the jeans and tried to fix them but only made them worse nothing solved. I lost my money and my pants!! I would never go back to these people and I wouldn’t send anyone or refer anyone to them They are awful unprofessional rude incompetent and don’t know what the hell they’re doing Good luck if u bring anything to them!! This was my 2nd time to go there. The only reason my wife and I use this cleaners is because they clean jackets. The other day I dropped off our dry cleaning and picked up yesterday. I had 2 jackets, and 2 shirts. I got back 2 jackets 1 shirt. They claim that I never dropped off 2 shirts. They lost my shirt and refuse to pay me for it.

I said that I would never come back and the owner she told me that she doesn't care if I come back or not. When in fact she should care because loosing a customer can be really bad for business.

I will NEVER go here again because of this experience. On one plus side, the older gentleman (other owner) is one of the nicest people. I caution everyone to be careful and keep your tickets on you at all times.

I have been taking my clothes to this tailor for 6 years and have never had a problem. I took 2 pair of paints in to be hemmed on Saturday 01/09 & the new lady working there did my measurements and I was little skeptical as to if she knew what she was doing just by her questions I'm like you're the professional at this not me. I put one pair on to wear and there flooding, I just came up to show her and the older gentleman and he tells me in so many words it's my weight that's the cause of the flooding issues. I am livid and will never patronize this establishment.

Please don't go there. They burned holes in my shirt and jacket. They are very rude.

Horrible customer service. I just left there. The Owner cursed me out. Her card machine didn't work.
