Boot Barn

I went into the store today to purchase a good straw hat for working in the yard. I also wanted to look at a pair of Dress boots and some jeans and I walked into the store kind of in a daze not sure where to begin and this Young lady Kristen came up to me and asked me if I needed some help. I explained to her that I wanted to look at a good straw hat to work in the yard with and maybe a pair of Dress boots and have NEVER in a very Long Time had such wonderful customer service. She helped me in finding a hat, the boots, we tried on a few jeans that I didn't find anything I Really liked and I didn't even Know anything about bootsocks so She got me a few pair of those and I Am just a very very HAPPY customer I will definitely be shopping at the store again. There was also a lady behind the counter that was very helpful when Kristen had a question about something this lady behind the counter, I wish I knew her name, but she just took care of all of my needs along with Kristen. I just want to give a huge praise to these 2 women and hopefully their bosses will see this and bless them with a raise.

Great selection of dress boots and work boots. Organized by each type of boot 👢.
All the different sizes are on the same level grouped together. When you find the boot you want, you can sort through the boots to find the size you want/need. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the new work boots. Need some breaking in, but sturdy, solidly built, and ready to use them.

The staff at the Conroe store are AHHHMAZING!!!
Amber takes her time, LISTENS to what you're actually looking for, and will tell you her HONEST opinion. Even if it means selling you a cheaper pair of boots. The entire staff is more concerned with making you a lifelong customer than with selling you expensive items. To me, THAT makes me a loyal forever customer.

Helpful customer service, prices are expected for whats in the store. No complaints here.

We were in the store for 45 minutes, in that time we were greeted 5 times, and everyone seemed incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Sadie did a really good job helping us out, she was patient with our questions and helped to shape the hat I purchased.

The service is the exact opposite of Cavender's. I'm moving all my business to Boot Barn.

Came in and bought some really cute items for Christmas. Bella was extremely helpful! She helped in my decision making, she answered my questions and carried my items to the counter. True customer service! She is always courteous and always smiling.

Friendly staff, very helpful and in good spirits. Found all we needed and then some. Usually go to Huntsville or Livingston... Conroe was a first and was satisfied with this large store. Only bad thing as with all Boot Barns is that they usually limit numbers of each size per brand, so if you want more than one size, you'll have to wait, order in store, or online, or change brands.

The only place I was able to find what I was trying to find. They were polite on the phone. They knew there stock. The employee who helped me was professional, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out of the store in a short time. The price was also less expensive than the other two businesses who were having trouble with keeping supplies.

If you go into the Conroe location ask for Ty. This kid is the best. He helped my son with his back to school shopping. My son has never owned boots or western apparel before but Ty helped him get it all figured out. He even showed him how to clean and care for the boots. Ty deserves a raise and his parents should be commended for raising an amazing young man.

They were more than willing to help. I had my Lil one with me and I was buying her Christmas presents and they played right along with everything and were amazing and extremely helpful! Will definitely be back!

My family and I love Boot Barn here in Conroe. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming and answers any questions you may have. I'm always being asked if they can help me find something and they honor veterans.

I bought these boots for my wedding they were a fair price. They were also confortable.

This is a fairly well stocked Western wear store. They were very helpful. My son loves Western wear and they had a great selection of kid's Western wear. We were able to get him Wrangler jeans on sale way cheaper than online. Now that rodeo fever is dying out, consider supporting a local business here.

Customer Service is always great along with a great selection and variety.

Boot Barn has the most fashionable selection. You can get some great deals on the sale rack! Cute boots and again great markdown prices. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Best selection out of every boot barn out there and fair pricing with wonderful staff!!! All of the staff couldn't be better and more helpful. Every time I'm there the staff is awesome and super friendly and helpful. Never a dull moment there and they are never rude or anything of such and definetly very knowledgeable in everything. Love this place!

These folks are exceptionally helpful and attentive. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is definitely here. They have a great variety of goods available and i recommend this place if you are in the area. They have a customer for life in me because they pay attention to detail.
