This store has its ups and downs as well as everywhere else, but we do the best we can. People neva look at how we are treated behind the counter not every customer is polite or understanding when we have staff shortages. I've known several of my loyal customers for years now. Love my loyal customers!

I really like this store. Some people really don't see the things behind the scenes or behind the counter and how rude customers can be but lt for most part he store is great, great attitude and the dude with they curly hair is very nice! He is very respectful and has great customer service.

Kristina is awesome and amazing as well as Beverly and Melinda the store is going back to the good side

This place is always clean and there is no line plenty of items but they don't like to cook the wings that they have there to sell.

Dirty

This is a 7-11 and i expected more. They are trying to sell tamales with broken vacuum seals just rewrapped in plastic film and have expired product on the shelves, their hot food looks like they haven't changed the oil in ages and has no time stamps, I left before taking a picture of the hot case.

HORRIBLE FOOD. I ordered 4 bacon egg bean cheese tacos with two strips of bacon. The tacos were so void of any flavor I couldn’t even tell if it was bacon or not. And, the tortilla was stiff, burnt and I didn’t get ANY bacon. (That I paid for). Stripes tacos used to be amazing. Now they’re not even fit for my dog. Barely any egg in the tortilla and it didn’t even remotely taste like actual bacon. GROSS.

over all inside staff is friendly, but the young man that works behind the food court counter during the day has an ongoing attitude when you want to place an order. He does not great the customers as we approach the counter, he does not even speak to you. He needs to learn how to deal with customers and respect us. If it was not for us coming to purchase you would not get a check. Customer service is common since to use

Just VERY unprofessional.
John wanted to argue with me over store policy that had nothing to do with me.
"You can't buy a lottery ticket using a debit card" Ok (But you'll share a register at any given time. ) I've been buying lottery tickets at that location for years using my debit card.
Anyways , I've advised him to speak with his employees about it ( because he wouldn't drop it every time i can into the store) so that they're all on the same page going forward.

The only 7/11 I know that always seems to be closed every time I come at 2am. Won't be back.

Walked my brown behind in the store today and got on line behind a white guy and watching him get served a tobacco product and never got asked for a ID, I walk up and asked for my tobacco product and I get asked for my ID, I'm almost 30...c'mon stripped y'all can do way better than that...

This place is horrible- went on my way back to work from my lunch break to get coffee and the associate was standing around talking and giggling with people while there was a huge line and was not ringing anyone up in a hurry- I had to go as my time was very limited so I pulled two dollar bills out of my wallet and put them on the counter and told the associate- politely- that I was getting a medium coffee and as I walked out he said that's so rude and inconsiderate and not to come back- message recei ed loud and clear- definitely don't have to worry about that- besides they had roaches in their pastry case the other day so I already won't eat there

Went into store to get ice cream for my sister they ended up grabbing the wrong one and I went right back in there to return the item I just purchased and they wouldn’t even let me switch it out

Not a good place at all food counter very dirty tacos was nasty too good thing I only bought the 2 for 4.50
